I was very kindly welcomed up to @DrummondHGarlic during the week and came away laden with Kris Kindle presents and this amazing smoked garlic and Scape sauce (I didn't know what it was either until I visited!). A briliant local Irish product in a beautiful part of the country.👏

The nose was subtle but the palate is more up front with a round silky (Silkie? 🤦♂️) texture and lovely buttery rich sweet fruits. Love a good grain whiskey- shame we don't see more top drawer Single Grain whiskey relaesed. Hint hint @JamesSliabhLiag!
