I know it’s super unfair because @LudwigAhgren has already saved smash more than anyone has a right to but I was definitely waiting for him to bust onto the summit stream and be like “another one”
I decided I was going to write 5000 words a day (inspired by the legend herself @katee_robert ❤️) until I just finished a book so I could get back in the practice of finishing.
As expected around 20,000 words I hit my usual wall and decided it was terrible. Still I persisted.
Now on day 10 I’m sitting at 51,000 words. I only have 2/16 chapters I feel like I phoned in. My last chapter was probably the finest writing I’ve ever done featuring a truly toe curling spicy scene followed by the sweetest tender moment. I would tag it skincareasalovelanguage.
Having kids doesn’t automatically mean your sex life will suffer. They sleep. It does however mean you never get to do it in your own room again or laying down.
