I am beyond blessed to say that I have verbally committed to playing softball at Christopher Newport University! I wanted to thank Coach Eric, Coach Herb, Coach Smith, Coach Greene, my teammates, my family, and God for supporting me through this process. The best is yet to come!
Yes Kap!!
Cousins Kaplan Ambrose (drew six offensive fouls) and Will Braun-Duin (23 of his game-high 29 points in the final two quarters) helped #Handley roar back from an eight-point halftime deficit to bury #Millbrook 62-41 in boys' 🏀 at home on Friday.

Anything you give attention, time, and energy to plays a role for in your life.

Division III is not a relegation.
The DIII EXPERIENCE is a CHOICE!
Many players choose high-level DIII programs over DI/DII offers, not bc they “aren’t good enough” for DI, but bc they love the @NCAADIII philosophy!
No clue what I’m talking about?
Find a DIII coach and ask!

A big Happy Birthday to Bailey Lewis! Ringing in the new year another year older!
Last night, at 11, I got a text from a friend at UVA saying she heard gunshots. This morning I woke to the news that 3 fellow student athletes from UVA were shot dead. I’m at a loss for words as to why and how this keeps happening. My thoughts and prayers are with UVA.
