The ACTUAL facts about gun violence in America: UPDATED WITH 2024 FIGURES:
There are 44,447 gun-related deaths per year by firearms, this number is not disputed (1).
U.S. population: 340,110,988 as of July 1, 2024 (2).
Do the math: 0.0131% of the population dies from gun-related actions each year.
Statistically speaking this is insignificant. Not even a rounding error. What is not insignificant, however, is a breakdown of those 44,447 deaths:
• 27,593 (62%) are by suicide which can’t be prevented by gun laws (3)
• 636 (1.4%) are by legal intervention/law enforcement, thus not relevant to the Gun Control discussion. (4)
• 450 (1%) are accidental/unintentional (5).
So no, “gun violence” isn’t 44,447 annually, but rather the remaining criminal gun homicides of 15,364…or 0.0045% of the population.
Still too many? Let’s look at location:
150 – St. Louis, MO (6)
203 – Detroit, MI (6)
~197 – Baltimore, MD (6)
~249 – Memphis, TN (6)
269 – Philadelphia, PA (6)
322 – Houston, TX (6)
377 – New York, NY (6)
573 – Chicago, IL (6)
Total: 2,339 or 15% in just 8 cities.
That’s a substantial share of the national gun-homicide total concentrated in just a handful of cities.
This leaves 13,025 for for everywhere else in America...about 260 deaths per state. Obviously some States have higher rates than others.
Yes, 15,364 is absolutely horrific, but let’s think for a minute...what about other deaths each year?
79,384 die from a drug overdose (7). Tens of thousands die per year from the flu (seasonal CDC estimates typically fall in the tens of thousands) (8).
39,254 people die per year in traffic fatalities (9).
Now it gets interesting: Hundreds of thousands of people die each year from preventable medical errors and diagnostic harms (commonly cited estimates range from ~200,000 to over 370,000 depending on methodology) (10).
You are safer in Chicago than in a hospital!
683,491 people die per year from heart disease (11)
Even a 10% decrease in cardiac deaths would save more than four times the number of lives annually of all gun-related deaths (including suicide, law enforcement, etc.).
A 10% reduction in medical errors would exceed the total gun deaths or several times the number of criminal gun homicides.
Simple, easily preventable, 10% reductions.
We don’t have a gun problem…We have a political agenda and media sensationalism problem.

The TPUSA and the MAGA crowd are simply not aware of what time it is.
Every single one of these debates you see leftists going up and saying "we're going to kill you, you should run, why are you here." And the cuckservative wannabe influencer going "well that wasn't heckin wholesome, did you feel good about that?"
You need to realize you are in a war. This is as real a war as any other. Don't be fooled simply because things haven't gone hot yet. Every time you see a conservative kowtow and bend the knee to the left, it emboldens them to push the envelope further. Be ready, be vigilant, and pray unceasingly.
It's good to have in-group preference actually. My Shepard had a hierarchy of value:
Humanity > Organic > Synthetic > Krogan shit > Batarian.
Simple really. Just be prepared for the game to finger wag and tut tut at you for being a human supremacist.
Last I checked the US was the global superpower. You live in a favela, in a shitty 3rd world country. Keep the name of America out of your filthy mouth.

Women deserve less in fact. They deserve less and they should want less. This is disgusting behavior.
Women caveat their submission with "well if he gives me this or if he does this, THEN I'll submit." That's not how submission works. If the authority of someone is dependent upon them fulfilling some nebulous & abstract request of their followers, their authority is meaningless.
So all of the women believe Ephesians 5 from Holy Scripture is “weaponized” in terms of submitting.
Good luck men. You have the obligations of a man to lead, provide, protect, lead your household to heaven, but she has no obligation to submit unless she feels like you’re worthy of submission.
Feminism is so deeply weaponized and capitulated to in all of Christianity at this point that I don’t know how to fix it.
Almost no priests, pastors or organizations will stand up to a woman.
Their obligations are based on how they feel. Like a buffet when it comes to obeying Christ and Holy Scripture.
Welcome to Christian dating gentlemen!

In the Battle of Lepanto, Pope St Pius V ordered the Catholic armies to pray the Rosary before battling to defend Christendom against Ottoman invaders. To this day, the feast day of the Rosary is celebrated on the anniversary of this victory.
There is a such thing as a Holy War.
Pope Leo XIV denounced all religious wars in a video message on Tuesday, marking the 40th anniversary of the International Meeting for Peace in Assisi.
“There is no such thing as a holy war: only peace is holy,” Leo said in his message. “War can never be waged in the name of God.”
The pontiff, originally scheduled to travel to Assisi for the gathering, canceled his trip on his doctors’ advice, as he continues to recover from thoracic surgery performed on Oct. 13. The Vatican announced the cancellation on Oct. 23, adding that he would send a message for the event.
Again, you can disagree with the Pope here and remain in a state of grace. The statement “there is no such thing as a holy war” is orthodox if it means that no war becomes morally righteous merely because a ruler invokes God's name or claims divine authorization.
However, to say that war can never be morally justified, that Catholics may never fight for a just cause, or that the Church's traditional doctrine of just war is erroneous, would be misleading and incorrect.
For the game devs out there scratching their heads and asking themselves "how can this be?!?" Let me explain in simple terms:
If profit exceeds game budget, then all is well.
If game budget exceeds profit, then start packing up your office.
It's in your best interest to give us what we want instead of making the gayest most unappealing shit ever.
If you needed "evidence" or "proof" that Kushner was a mossad asset you're ngmi.
Well then it's a useless document that has no remedy for our current condition.
"If the rule you followed brought you to this, of what use was the rule?"
Vindicated in my belief that BioWare wasn't going to do anything with Mass Effect. We got a chopped Liara, no choices in the original ME games or endings mattered, and worst of all Humanity allying with disgusting 4 eyed Batarian freaks? Yeah, no. This was gonna be dogshit.
I can finally talk about Mass Effect Universe.
Since Bioware closed I can now reveal that I was part of the Mass Effect Council, saw what BioWare was building, and provided feedback during development.
• Set 600+ years after the Reaper War
• You play as a customizable N7 agent
• Instead of being a walking gun rack, you're a cross between John Wick and James Bond
• Shepard's legacy preserved, regardless of your ending
• A galaxy divided into three major factions
• Humanity, Krogan, Batarians, and more allied together
• Council races forming their own alliance
• The Geth emerging as a third superpower
• A galactic Cold War instead of another Reaper style invasion with a shadowy adversary
• Geth-built megastructures
• Connections between the Milky Way and Andromeda
• Experimental technology implanted in you as a unique point of difference
• Hacking and manipulating the environment
• See through walls, identify systems, remotely trigger hazards and more
• Handcrafted missions like ME1-3
• But with Hitman-style freedom in how you complete them
• Brutal close-range executions
• Squadmates who can clash with each other
• Romance wasn't being sanitised
• Liara returns - now an incredibly powerful Asari Matriarch
From what I saw, BioWare was making Mass Effect for us, the fans, not for people who don't exist.
It looked incredible.
And now we may never get to play it.

One of the reasons why I'm apathetic when people get upset about AI art. I think sidestepping the gatekeepers democratizing art has stopped leftists and liberal types from dominating the field. Now we can play and not have to abide by their rules.
Chris Avellone (Planescape, KOTOR 2, and Fallout: New Vegas) just dropped a MEGATON NUKE regarding BioWare's hiring practices...
"...when applicants would apply to the studio, the producer would go through their LinkedIn to see what posts they liked, and if he disagreed with their political/social Like, he'd advocate not to hire them based on their Like."
ITS TRUE. EVERYTHING WE'VE BEEN SAYING. ITS ALL TRUE.
HOLY SHIT!
Holy shit bro I understand you have strong opinions, but you seriously need to hide your power level devil dog, this is crazy. Lmaooooo.
I gotta give him props for having the balls to do that but he's royally fucked with whatever unit he's at.
