I am honored to have received the Pounamu, also known as greenstone, from the New Zealand cricket team.
Gifting pounamu in Aotearoa is a tradition rooted in manaakitanga (hospitality) and the sharing of one’s blessings. This tradition has been carried through to the modern day.

It's not funny now is it @Ryanair – at Dacca, Bangladesh
Has anyone experienced discriminatory gate personnel @Ryanair in Dublin ? I with my family just did and it was shocking. The tone of address and the mishandling of procedure and threatening behavior. Unacceptable for any passenger. First bad experience in Dublin

Bangladesh's major shake up in their white ball game should come in the shape of Akbar Ali. He has plenty of domestic success, a calm personality.
Huge pedigree with the U19 WC triumph. A fresh new start is the order of the day. Bring him as a middle order batter. – at Dacca, Bangladesh

Just wrote the craziest ending to a drawn Test
Bails not falling when ball hit the stumps
Two run-out chances in 2 balls
Dropped catch
Big hitting when no big hitting was needed
Qais doing a Gulbadin
Qais the hero in the end

Stat: This is the most number of balls faced by Yamin Ahmadzai in a Test innings.
His previous best was 57 balls faced (19 runs) against Zimbabwe in Harare, Oct ‘25.

Unbelievable finish in Abu Dhabi. Afghanistan hang on to the last hour - three wickets in hand still.
Bangladesh fighting every ball on a mostly unresponsive pitch.
Durban has all the focus but don't forget what's happening in Abu Dhabi at the same time.
Afghanistan and Bangladesh fighting tooth and nail on the fifth day.
