@IGCSociety @IsabelleRayCoq1 In PROC, topo1 ADC have been demonstrating high ORR across biomarker subsets. Mirvetuximab works across all biomarker subgroups but the dependency on high FR alpha expression on best response is strong. Today we saw the first read out of a FR alpha topo1 ADC specifically in the FRalpha high subgroup. Phase 1 vs phase 3 comparisons should be taken with a grain of salt but 60% ORR, 11 mo DOR and 8+ mo PFS may be better than MIRV. If so, does it replace? Done sequence? Does order of sequence matter?

A great way to start a big week for IGCS in Montréal! Today, we brought together our current Board of Directors and newly elected Board members — connecting the leaders who have helped guide IGCS with those who will help shape what comes next. We’re grateful for their time, expertise, and commitment to our global community, and excited for all that lies ahead. #IGCS2026

Gynecologic cancers extend beyond the five main types — and Gestational Trophoblastic Disease (GTD) is an important part of the conversation. GTD is a group of conditions involving abnormal growth of cells that would normally develop into the placenta during pregnancy. Most forms are noncancerous, but some can become malignant and require cancer treatment. Because GTD is uncommon and connected to pregnancy, a diagnosis can be particularly unexpected and difficult to understand. The good news is that GTD is highly treatable, and even malignant forms can often be cured. Awareness helps patients and families better understand the diagnosis — and reminds us that gynecologic cancer experiences don't all look the same. Share this post to help more people know about GTD. #GynecologicCancerAwarenessMonth #GTD #GestationalTrophoblasticDisease #GTDAwareness

During Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Month (GCAM), we’re revisiting some important messages from Uterine Cancer Awareness Month (UCAM). Uterine cancer is the most common gynecologic cancer in many high-income countries. In lower-income countries, cervical cancer continues to carry the greatest gynecologic cancer burden—and the global community is working toward changing that. But wherever you live, one message matters: unexpected or abnormal bleeding needs a proper medical work-up. Bleeding after menopause is never normal. Before menopause, bleeding that is unusually heavy, prolonged, between periods, or otherwise different from what is normal for you should be discussed with a healthcare professional. Don’t simply “wait and see.” Don’t assume it’s just menopause, hormones, or your period. Get it checked. There is no routine screening test for uterine cancer, so recognizing symptoms and seeking appropriate evaluation matters. #GCAM #UterineCancer #EndometrialCancer #GynecologicCancer #CancerAwareness
