Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, today, at the IDF officer course graduation ceremony at Bahad 1: "The regime in Iran has still not learned its lesson. Mojtaba Khamenei, the tyrant du jour, has decided to follow in his father’s footsteps. He has pulled the safety pin, and Iran is attempting once again to develop the bombs of death. There is only one way to remove this threat once and for all: overthrow the regime in Iran. And that is my directive to the IDF, the Mossad, and the security branches."

Sir David Bell’s report into antisemitism in British schools and Colleges exposes a shocking reality. These findings are a damning indictment of the failure to protect Jewish pupils amid rising antisemitism.
Sir David Bell’s report into antisemitism in British schools and Colleges exposes a shocking reality: three in five Jewish students have experienced antisemitism, yet fewer than half believe it would be addressed if they reported it. These findings are a damning indictment of the failure to protect Jewish pupils amid rising antisemitism. As the report rightly recommends, antisemitism must be named for what it is, not obscured by generic condemnations of hate. Britain’s responsibility to tackle antisemitism cannot stop at the school gates. It must extend to every corner of society, including education unions, universities and teaching staff, driving fundamental, systemic change to confront the hatred and incitement that have increasingly poisoned Britain’s streets in recent years. We welcome the report’s clear call for action. Schools, colleges and unions must be held accountable and take urgent, decisive action to confront antisemitism, protect Jewish pupils and ensure that no student is left to face hatred in silence. This is a step in the right direction.

This was not about harvesting olives. It was about harvesting headlines. Brad Lander’s latest stunt is nothing more than a calculated political provocation. Lander traveled to a foreign country, deliberately entered a restricted security area, and participated in an unauthorized activity without the required coordination. What makes this stunt even more outrageous is that his own team contacted Israeli representatives in the United States ahead of his visit and was explicitly informed that proper coordination with the relevant authorities was required. He chose to ignore those instructions. At a time of heightened security tensions, Israeli security forces have a responsibility to protect lives, prevent dangerous incidents, and maintain public order. Had anyone been injured as a result of his reckless political theater, Lander would undoubtedly have been among the first to demand that Israeli authorities intervene and provide protection. Brad Lander came looking for a confrontation. Now he is pretending to be its victim.

"As a UN envoy, I saw my colleagues’ anti-Israel obsession first-hand" The ex-special rapporteur on torture says that by failing to fully acknowledge the horrors of October 7, the body has abandoned neutrality. How not surprising. For us Israelis this is the reality every day. Thank you for the clear moral stand @DrAliceJEdwards telegraph.co.uk/gift/be34cb6…

Earlier today, a number of harvesters, accompanied by dozens of individuals, arrived to conduct an uncoordinated olive harvest in an area near Beitar Illit. Harvesting in this area requires a request to be submitted to the relevant authorities in advance of the start of the olive harvest season. This coordination is necessary to ensure the security of the area and maintain public order. Due to the security risk posed by conducting an uncoordinated harvest near an Israeli community, IDF soldiers, Border Police forces in Judea and Samaria, and officers from the Judea and Samaria District Police arrived at the scene and detained those present. The landowner was informed that he must coordinate the olive harvest on his plot of land and was provided with the relevant contact information to arrange a harvest at a later date. It should be emphasized that authorized olive harvests have taken place and continue to take place. To date, approximately 100 coordinated harvests have been conducted across Judea and Samaria, yielding many dozens of tons of produce, with security provided and coordination by the security forces, without any unusual incidents. In areas designated for coordinated harvesting, only harvesters will be permitted to enter, solely for the purpose of harvesting. As in previous years, security forces are working to facilitate a safe and orderly olive harvest season, with a firm commitment to enabling harvesting without unusual incidents or interruptions, alongside their ongoing defensive and counterterrorism missions.

Israel strongly condemns the decision of the Libyan House of Representatives to ratify the Maritime Jurisdiction Memorandum between Turkey and Libya. This agreement infringes upon the sovereign rights of our close allies in the region. Regretfully, once again we see Turkey working to destabilise the east Mediterranean region.

Brett McGurk confirms what many already knew: the @IntlCrimCourt Prosecutor’s sudden request for arrest warrants was never about justice . It was always about political and personal gain for a now-discredited prosecutor.
I knew former ICC prosecutor Karim Khan from his work investigating ISIS crimes against the Yazidis. On May 19, 2024, I helped secure the access he sought in Israel. Israel agreed. The next day, he announced his application for warrants. Here’s the story. From my conversation with @IgnatiusPost on BRINK at @AtlanticCouncil.

The reality of Palestinian violence in Judea and Samaria. On October 19, Palestinian attackers targeted a vehicle carrying civilians in the Binyamin region. Stones rained down on the group, shattering a vehicle window and injuring a woman. Participants described moments of sheer terror. Another example of the wave of sustained Palestinian violence threatening innocent civilians in Judea and Samaria.

Another diplomatic achievement: Israel joins the Pacific Islands Forum (PIF) as a Forum Partner. The Secretary General of the Pacific Islands Forum, Baron Divavesi Waqa, has informed me that Israel has been accepted as a Forum Partner, following a decision at the meeting of the Forum’s member state leaders in Palau. This follows my visit to Fiji in June, where I met with the Secretary General and presented Israel’s request to join the Forum. Strengthening ties with the Pacific Island nations is one of my objectives. Earlier this year, I opened Israel’s Embassy in Fiji, which also serves nine other Pacific Island nations, all friendly to Israel. Under the current government, three of these countries, Papua New Guinea, Fiji and Nauru, have opened embassies in Jerusalem. As a Forum Partner, Israel will participate in a framework for cooperation in areas of mutual interest, based on regional priorities and Israel’s expertise in water management, desalination, agriculture, tackling climate change, innovation and sustainable development. Israel and the Forum will also develop a joint action plan setting out practical areas of cooperation and a mechanism to monitor progress.

In Hamas-run Gaza, a teacher who refuses to teach Palestinian children to hate Jews faces a chilling threat: have your tongue cut out. Under Hamas, teaching hatred is expected. Refusing to spread hatred puts your life at risk. Hamas is raising the next generation to hate Jews and perpetrate another October 7.

*Police Spokesperson’s Unit:* *Operation “Olive Leaf”: Ten suspects arrested in pre-dawn operation following reports of acts of violence over the weekend* Following reports of acts of violence over the weekend, including the suspected assault of a foreign journalist and the suspected assault of foreign diplomats, the Judea and Samaria District and the Israel Security Agency (ISA) carried out a pre-dawn arrest operation as part of the ongoing investigation. Ten suspects were arrested and transferred for questioning by the District’s Central Investigations Unit and police stations in the Samaria Region. In the early hours of this morning, numerous Judea and Samaria District police officers, together with the ISA, Border Police officers from Judea and Samaria, IDF forces, and with support from the “Rakia” unit, operated at several locations in the Binyamin area to locate suspects allegedly involved in the recent reported acts of violence, as well as individuals suspected of violating a military commander’s order declaring a closed military zone. During the operation, ten suspects were arrested. Items linking the suspects to the alleged offenses were seized, and several vehicles were confiscated. Following reports of acts of violence over the weekend, including the suspected assault of a foreign journalist and the suspected assault of foreign diplomats in the area of the village of Taybeh in Binyamin, an investigation was launched and assigned to the Judea and Samaria District’s Central Investigations Unit. Since then, investigators have carried out a range of investigative measures, including collecting evidence and taking witness statements. As part of efforts to advance the investigation and locate and question those involved, dozens of police officers from stations across the Samaria Region, Special Patrol Unit officers, and district reinforcement forces operated in the early hours of this morning alongside Border Police officers from Judea and Samaria and IDF forces, with aerial support from the “Rakia” unit. The forces entered several locations in the area, where suspects were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the reported acts of violence, violating a military commander’s order declaring a closed military zone, and illegal construction. The suspects were transferred for questioning by the Judea and Samaria District Central Investigations Unit and various police stations in the Samaria Region, according to the suspicions against each of them. Following questioning, and subject to the findings of the investigation, they will be brought before a court for a hearing. *Judea and Samaria District Commander, Deputy Commissioner Moshe Pinchi, said this morning:* “In the early hours of this morning, we launched Operation ‘Olive Leaf’ together with the ISA and with the support of Border Police and IDF forces, with the aim of arresting suspects in connection with the acts of violence reported over the weekend. Since these incidents were reported, we have been working to collect evidence and witness statements and establish an evidentiary basis that will enable those responsible to be brought to justice.” *Israel Police Commissioner, Daniel Levy, said:* “The law in Judea and Samaria applies to everyone, regardless of identity or affiliation. The Israel Police is committed to professional, equal, and impartial law enforcement, based on evidence and in accordance with the law. “At the same time, a distinction must be made between responsibility for preventing incidents in the field and responsibility for investigating and enforcing the law after they occur. We will continue to coordinate with all security agencies to strengthen security and the rule of law and ensure that anyone found to have violated the law is brought to justice.” Attached for your use is footage of this morning’s operation to arrest the suspects. *Video credit: Israel Police Spokesperson’s Unit*

‼️🔎REVEALED: An internal document belonging to Hamas detailing plans to plant explosive devices in areas of displaced persons camps in Gaza. The document shows that Hamas' engineering department proposed planting explosive devices around displaced persons camps and detonating them as IDF troops approached, placing the civilian population in the camps at risk, in order to create panic as a smokescreen for the escape of its operatives. This was part of Hamas’ preparations to protect its leadership and operatives, while endangering and exploiting the civilian population in the area, fully aware that these actions were likely to cause direct harm to civilians.

We discussed the significant increase in Israeli tourism to Poland and opportunities to expand cooperation, dialogue, and investment between our countries. We also discussed the war in Ukraine and the situation in the Middle East. I updated Minister Sikorski on the police investigation into the incident in Judea and Samaria involving several diplomats, including the Polish Consul.
