We just killed Dropbox
If you’re building agent-in-the-cloud products like Grok Bot, you’ll need persistent, versioned storage.
The problem with persistent filesystems is that you can’t do actual work on it.
Way too slow, or not POSIX compliant.
That’s why we built spacefs.com.
Try spacefs.com, it gives your computer infinite space.
You can even compile software on it at near local disk speeds, as long as you have a decent network connection.

I've joined @braintrust to lead engineering! Excited to help developers navigate the transition to non-deterministic software and ship great agents.
Dude no one uses Dia I literally cannot understand this decision making
We've decided to sunset Arc on December 22, 2026.
That's not an easy sentence to write. We spent years building Arc and celebrating each and every release along the way: we have so much pride and love for what we made alongside the Arc community.
Our priority is to deliver best-in-class security for our members. Keeping a browser secure takes constant, dedicated work that is only increasing in the age of AI. Dia was built from the ground up to meet today’s security standards, so that's where our engineering and security teams will focus moving forward.
We've worked to make switching to @diabrowser as easy as possible for Arc members. Here's how:
· Your passwords, bookmarks, extensions and history come over to Dia seamlessly.
· Spaces, Folders, and Tab Groups are in Dia and import over with your data intact.
· Dia now surpasses Arc benchmarks in stability, speed, and security.
· The browser features you use in Arc are free in Dia, and the AI is optional.
Thank you for using Arc, for pushing us to make it better, and for building alongside us. The team that made Arc is the same team behind Dia, and some of our most ambitious work is just ahead. We'd love for you to be there with us when it lands.
Speedrun changed the trajectory of our company.
It was genuinely a lot more helpful than I thought it would be.
Applications for @speedrun are now open! If you’re an ambitious, high agency founder - we want to meet you
We’ll bring the capital, customers, & talent - you bring yourself and your wildest ideas
Speedrun is an inception fund. We are your first believers - writing the first check and growing with you as your startup scales
Speedrun founders get up to $1M in funding and over $10M in startup credits across compute, cloud, marketing, and more
Speedrun is for founders with big ideas. We have teams creating new forms of datacenters, constructing orbital space platforms, disrupting 50yo vertical software incumbents, building novel AI doctors, and more
In a world where AI has made building easier than ever, the only cap on what a startup can achieve is the limit of their ambition. So we write the first check precisely on the ideas that sound a little crazy

We obliterate Amazon S3 Files in performance btw

introducing Space: a cloud filesystem built for work
instead of waiting, you can:
→ mount one persistent drive for you and your agents
→ instantly work in the cloud like local
→ only stream the bytes you need
→ no compression on any of your files
try it for yourself today
We just killed Google Drive

we just killed dropbox and gave your computer infinite storage
dropbox: download your file, waste time, use local storage
Space: stream your files, no local copy, edit+work directly in the cloud – at San Francisco, CA
introducing Space. what dropbox was supposed to be.
expand your computers storage with the cloud, while keeping every file instantly accessible to everyone on your team.
with Space's virtual drive, every app, agent, and workflow works natively as if your files were local.
it's like a company server that you can set up in under a minute today.
We started posting on YouTube 1 year ago
Documented our startup journey in public
Failed a bunch
Grew an audience organically
We gained fans who watched every episode
Haters who told us why every idea wouldn’t work
Pivoted over and over
Until we raised $2.4m in one week
if you're young and ambitious, this channel is a goldmine
these guys are in their 20s:
1 year ago: posted their first video
5 months ago: considered pivoting
4 months ago: tested new startup ideas
2 months ago: went to San Francisco
1 month ago: raised $2.4m in one week
you can literally watch the entire journey from figuring out what to build to getting funded
The entire journey is available to watch for free on our YouTube channel:

If you make videos with agents and need to persist large artifacts, we're building spacefs.com, it works way better than GDrive or Git LFS for this use case.
