can’t believe I’m reposting a LinkedIn post
but this – and hearing "we're a challenger brand"
you can create unique work that ALSO addresses modern marketing needs, but few will invest in the process to actually crack that code. lot of low hanging fruit being repackaged.
Hell yeah man! This one tho gotta be my favorite AD: Teaser from '07 (?) before brand was announced! @jstnstphns
From the vault. One of my favorite print ads we ran back in the day with Gregg Necrason.
Some context, I started a wakeboard brand call "Company" with some friends back in 2008. We made boards, bindings, ropes, handles, vests, bags, apparel etc. It was a wild time.
@ItsRinker was the wizard behind our logo and many of our early board graphics. Super proud of everything we created together. We had a 4 year run of making some serious magic happen.🪄

Can I just say what a dream it is to do the kind of work where we can then hire people who are great at what they do? RT for reach 🙏
Took a break from Twitter (X sorry), regretfully got sucked back in.

any graphic designers looking for a paid internship this spring/summer? must be excellent in generating copy-driven typography, color, and composition

It has been so cool to see the guidelines starting to be produced on Standards.
Some of our favorites from the year so far, created by @ItsRinker, Oké Design, @SeatGeekDesign, and Odd Notion.
Great designers with good tools make amazing things. 🥰🟥
