Really crazy to think that I launched NEO Spotlight 10 years ago this week. I’m extremely thankful for every friend I’ve made, all the coaches who have entrusted me, and to every kid that has allowed me to play a small role in their journey.
Huge thanks to @3rdcoast_Newt for opening the door, @Corey_Albertson and @john_stovall for all the advice over the years, and @_MikeRoth for keeping the fire lit. Appreciate you guys and countless more!

People wonder why I get on here and preach that 99% of kids in Ohio should be playing regionally in the Spring/Summer.
Out of the 21 D2 commitments, 19 of them are headed to schools that are in Ohio or touch Ohio. Most kids have no business traveling more than 5-6 hours for AAU.

It covers everything pertaining to the recruiting process and gives student-athletes/parents the tools to navigate it.
