Many NFL players are dedicated to their craft. Then there's 32-year-old NFL tackles leader Alex Singleton: "I went to our nutritionist Maggie. I call her Macro Maggie -- hopefully that gets out. She does all my macros. Every meal I've eaten since March has been counted, weighed. ... I sleep 9 hours every night. And then the other big thing I've added was I probably get 12 hours in a hyperbaric chamber every week. I have one at home and then we have one here. "I would say the eating is the biggest thing. I sleep as much as I can. And kids are a nice motivation to get better."

There goes the longest home win streak in Division I football! @UACoachPerk said this week a victory would warrant @UAlbanyFootball being in @CAAFootball championship contender talks. Consider those conversations started. A signature win for the Danes. Coach Perk and his staff are building something really special right now.
