Ex-SADC Councillor (Cons, Verulam ward, 2015-19). Love running, hate litter, led Verulamium park play area project with fab locals. Defender of free speech.

Whoop whoop whoop, it’s here! It’s the reason I ran for @StAlbansCouncil in 2015. Thank you to everyone @Verulamium_Play, Dan Flitton, Phil Bruce-Green, and my ever supportive @Conservatives colleagues @MrAlunDavies @aleccampbell during my term 2015-19.
Delighted we’ve got two new netball courts / tennis courts up and running next to the running track in Verulamium Park. A pleasure to have a run around with fellow Kardale NC players this morning 😉🏐 #thisgirlcan @EveryoneActive
Shame on @hertsad publishing misinformation about @Conservatives stance on the contentious rail freight terminal issue on last week’s front page. No Conservative Councillor voted for this on 24th May: mcusercontent.com/1c316cc912…
Great to be out in St Stephens ward in St Albans with @Clare_desilva - Conservative parliamentary spokesperson for St Albans - and Chair of @SAConservatives and past Mayor of St Albans, Frances Leonard. Vital we wrestle @StAlbansCouncil back from Lib Dems #LocalElections2023
Emma Duncan @thetimes spot on about inter-generational unfairness. Husband giving thumbs up to @yimbyalliance. I’m curious about the political make-up of YA members and wonder if St Albans are ready for a YA chapter? #YesInMyBackYard #housebuilding
Completely EXASPERATED by log-jam traffic in our beautiful city. Prospect Rd is a nightmare. Feel for residents. I think it’s time for a Citizen’s Assembly on how we get around AND a “if you have a driveway please use it” campaign. What say you?
HUGE SING OUT to team at Top Grades, St Albans (the tuition place near Clarence Park). Facilitated my son achieving fantastic GCSE results after he was perm-exed from school 4 months before exams. He has ADHD & ASD and worked his big Nike socks off without a single nag #gcses2022
A pleasure to be out talking to residents with @SAConservatives and Clare De Silva @Clare_desilva today, our new spokesperson. She’s a really good egg and we’re both rooting for Rishi @RishiSunak. #localpolitics
New netball facilities on their way with floodlights! Very exciting AND if you want to keep netball in the mind of @StAlbansCouncil for you, your daughter, your spouse, please sign this stalbans.moderngov.co.uk/mgE…
Delighted @SRA_StAlbans is adding floodlights to their netball courts. I'd like to get netball thought about in the same way as football when it comes to new sporting provision. Please sign my petition to @StAlbansCouncil by 25/3/22 @KardaleNetball stalbans.moderngov.co.uk/mgE…
Is @AffinityWater aware of this leak on Holywell Hill outside Cositas near Zthe abbey? Huge puddle at bottom@of road feeding into river Ver.

Upset of the round? @stalbanscityfc hosted @FGRFC_Official and entertained us to an electric cup tie 🎆

FANTASTICO @stalbanscityfc #SACFC 😇 3-2 FA Cup win. HUGE congratulations. Brilliant to watch the fans. Loved to have been there ⚽️

An excellent ruling defending employees’ right to free speech. So many people are sacked/investigated for things they’ve said outside work, unrelated to their job. You should be able to have and express different personal views than your employer. 👇👇 google.co.uk/amp/s/amp.thegu…
Positive news story (from St Albans) beyond the horror of the first 12 pages of today’s Times. Feeling grateful as I reflect on my life sitting in Freshwater Bay #hedgehog #daytripping #IsleofWight

Incidents of alleged hate speech which have not reached the threshold for criminal investigation should not be recorded on the police’s national database.
These ‘Non Crime Hate Incidents’ encourage the policing of thought and have a chilling effect on free speech. ABOLISH THEM.
There may be no Corfu for family Chivers but there’s still @lussmanns. Yamas! An excellent meal tonight with great service. Love what you do and how you do it @AndreiLussmann and team. #sustainability #responsiblefishing
Playgrounds and recycling are very close to my heart. I LOVE what @jlpartnership is doing with their ‘beauty cycle’ scheme - that I’ve used myself a few times - to benefit children. Such an uplifting 3 minute film here: johnlewis.com/content/beauty…
Congratulations to everyone @verulamschool who got their results this week. I love that Verulam students take GCSE English Lit' a year early. Happy faces today at our house. One down… #GCSEs2021
I don’t condone vandalism but this was a stimulating provocation on my after-work dog walk with my daughter around Verulamium Park this evening. “Children of good parents are not free” she quipped.
Hello @OdysseyStAlbans 👋 Will you be showing “Nowhere Special” in the autumn? I’d love to watch it with you.
