Tremendous reporting. ICE has arrested & detained 170+ US citizens & many have harrowing stories. So many #KavanaughStops. I'm quoted for something I wish wasn't true: it's nearly impossible for people to sue the federal officers who violated their rights.
New: The government does not track how often immigration agents hold Americans. So ProPublica did. We found more than 170 such incidents since the start of the second Trump administration. propub.li/4ojhHZP

Blending Drills to Game Swings 🔥
Hip sliding during the stride phase can limit the ability to create separation ❌
To fix this, we started with high constraint drills to encourage hip shoulder separation while preventing the hip slide
1️⃣ Feet in cement: Eliminates the hip slide while encouraging the feel of separation
2️⃣ Step back no stride: Adds proper load mechanics while continuing to encourage hip shoulder separation
3️⃣ Step backs: Introduces stride mechanics while maintaining the feel of proper separation from the previous drills
This led to vastly improved ball flight and damage done to the pull side @JulianShapiro16 ⛽️
