⚠️ALERT: Crypto wallets created with Google or Apple logins are being hit by unauthorized transactions.
Keplr, the main wallet of the Cosmos ecosystem, paused both login options after users reported the thefts.
The incident originated at Web3Auth, the login service owned by MetaMask's parent Consensys, which says it has gone into "maintenance mode due to a security incident."
Web3Auth claimed nearly 50 MILLION users across more than 8,200 apps when Consensys bought it last year, per The Block.
Keplr's co-founder estimates about 20% of its Google and Apple login accounts are affected, but says only "a fraction" of those has been exploited and the rest "may be recoverable."
Wallets created with a recovery phrase or hardware wallet are NOT affected, and Web3Auth says there is no evidence MetaMask users are impacted.

The US unemployment rate dropped to 4.1%, vs. 4.2% expected.
At the same time, the US economy added 165K jobs in October, 100K higher than expectations.
Now looking at the inflation, it's still running hot and is almost 2x above the Fed's target.
And when inflation is hot and the job market is better, the Fed has more room to hike rates.

SOFTBANK PLUNGES 59% AS DEBT-FUELED AI BETS UNRAVEL
SoftBank shares fell another 10.8% Friday, extending losses to 59% since early June.
The company added $40.4 billion in debt over 12 months to fund AI investments, including $64 billion in OpenAI.
Meanwhile, Arm shares have plunged 51% since June 30, weakening SoftBank's asset backing as credit-default swaps rise and bond prices fall.
SoftBank's reported leverage was 13%, below its self-imposed 25% limit, suggesting a substantial remaining cushion.

South Korean exchange GOPAX has suspended withdrawals over hacking concerns.
The exchange is moving most of its funds into offline storage to protect customer assets.
Binance invested in GOPAX back in 2023, and now, just days after the reported Binance hack, GOPAX has announced this precautionary suspension.
No timeline has been announced for withdrawals to resume.

@Bitquery_io traced at least $4.06M USDT out of 365 TRON wallets through a network of 43 collector addresses tied to one fee wallet.
@SlowMist_Team has already flagged over 1,500 related phishing domains.
This is a device-level attack, not a wallet bug.
