Improve your VS Code Explorer file tree structure.
Add these settings in your configuration file for better visibility:
```
"workbench.tree.indent": 15,
"workbench.tree.renderIndentGuides": "always",
"workbench.colorCustomizations": {
"tree.indentGuidesStroke": "#05ef3c"
}
```

I'm incredibly proud of how transparent our union is. In the @WGAWest's strike announcement, we included a list of our proposals, and the AMPTP's responses. Read it for yourself: it explains in black and white we're forced to go on strike.

When engineering teams ask for more clarity on career advancement, most of the time they're talking about predictable salary increases, and actionable performance feedback.
They don't want a career ladder with 15 engineering sub-levels.

Book Track is an interesting, good-looking new book tracking app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac (made in 🇮🇹, too). Some initial shortcomings, but a lot of potential. One to keep an eye on over the next few months.

Fenn, my nearly 4 year old daughter, recorded her first ever solo song today. She came up with all the words herself and I helped her a little bit with the tune. It’s called ‘Dinosaurs in Love’. 🦕❤️🦕

Literally all I do all day as a software architect:
That's harder than you think
What do you really want?
What about ops and maintenance?
Do you know what ops and maintenance are?
Your timelines are insane
That tech doesn't exist yet
I can't estimate what's never been done.
Hi @dgregor79, can you help me on this? github.com/apple/swift/pull/… I’m stuck on the Swift Sema and the code owners file has pointed me toward you, or do you know someone else that can help me?
