I’ll guarantee any class where volunteers is the default has dominant students and those who rarely speak and you can be happy with that or believe it’s wrong. Old habits are hard to break - doesn’t mean they’re good habits

It is time to say goodbye to our visiting students from Japan. We have had a great time welcoming them into our school this week, sharing the outstanding learning occurring in NSW public education. #bluehavenpublicschool
This was one of the most beneficial exec PL days that I have participated in. It was all centred on collective efficacy!
Our executive staff completing Explicit Teaching demonstration lessons for each other, followed by shared coaching sessions. We worked on consistency and processes. What a great day of open and purposeful dialogue. #bluehavenpublicschool #BHPSleadership #coachingconsistency
