I received some of the loveliest comments today from the students I TA’ed this semester. As someone who always wanted to be a teacher before ending up in research, it means the world to me to be told I would make an “amazing professor”. My heart is so full. Maybe one day.

As SARS-CoV-2 moves through the global population, genomic surveillance programs have tracked more than 300,000 unique genetic versions of the virus. A team at @WesternU has developed a web application called CoVizu to visually represent all of that data in an accessible way.
