Do we need a Fellowship top up? Isn’t the pathway agnostic and fairly indifferent once you get to Fellowship status? It’s about equality as a Fellow regardless of your pathway. The challenge is how to keep Fellows continually engaged and contributing to the community. @EEUK – at Guildford, England
