3 big mistakes HS players make in the off season:
They don't work hard enough & consistently enough
They don't work on the right things, meaning they work on cool, flashy things
They don't balance play vs. train enough. They don't get enough of "my time" to work on their game

You’re not going to please
everybody. You gotta hold people
accountable, even if you have that
moment of being uncomfortable.”

We need you to LEAD when:
- practice gets sloppy
- your teammate cuts a corner
- someone wants to act like a fool
- someone trashes the coaches
- someone thinks it's all about them
- the situation looks bleak
- the harder right is needed over the easier wrong
