Pressure doesn't expose your talent. It exposes your habits.
When the moment gets big, you don't suddenly become more disciplined, focused, or prepared.
You become exactly what you've practiced being.
You can't train occasionally and expect to deliver consistently.
Special thanks goes out to @potros_mexicanrestaurant for supplying our team meal this week and Vivi’s Sweet Bites for desserts! #CWCW
Great job @colesonMAC55 earning the #LunchBox this week! Plays every position across the front. Does it with no complaints and always with a smile. #BlueCollarAndOrange
Congrats to our JV Tigers winning their first game in 8+ years! The hard work, commitment, and relentless effort put in by this group of young players has been paying off. Super excited for those guys. #CWCW

Ask yourself, how hard have you worked to make your TEAM better? Not your stats. Not your spotlight. Your TEAM. A roster full of players chasing their own shine will always fall short. But a group of unselfish, disciplined, team-first competitors? That’s an unstoppable force!
Great game by @2getsloose Friday with 105 yds rushing and 102 yard receiving. 2 touchdowns.
Some college is gonna get a steal with this guy!!

One of the greatest responsibilities we have as coaches is understanding the influence we have on young people.
Nick Saban said it best:
“Leadership is all about helping someone for their benefit. If you’re helping them for your benefit, that’s manipulation.”
That’s a powerful reminder.
We all want to win. We all want our programs to be successful.
But coaching has never been just about what players can do for us.
It’s about what we can do for them.
The lessons we teach. The confidence we build. The standards we establish. The people we help them become.
Our success as coaches shouldn’t just be measured by what our players accomplish for us, but by who they become because of us.
That’s the responsibility.
And the privilege of coaching.

Every coach has seen the “Loser’s Limp.”
Things aren’t going a player’s way, and suddenly there’s an excuse.
Great competitors don’t look for excuses. They keep competing.
Adversity reveals competitive spirit.
