And finally, from this wonderful #AVCT interview. On AVA6103. "It's a truly amazing technology. And that's why I mean that this drug entering the clinic right now is really the inflection point for the company, because if those two inventions, the capping group and the linker, those two inventions, actually do what we think it's going to do in patients, watch out, here we come."

I was thinking along the same lines, Stonks, and in my case in terms of the pipeline - this same conference last year is where #AVCT unveiled AVA6103 and AVA7000 ahead of Science Day. Just my speculation. And in terms of Science Day, Chris noted in the June prelims there will be another one: “…We will be hosting our Science Day again, and so that provides, then, many months later, sort of a deeper dive into the preclinical programmes as well. #Hughes4Chair

With the characterisation study disease modelling data completed & a #COVID19 Human Challenge Model now established, #ORPH should be able to contract/conduct COVID-19 human #challengestudies in 2022, subject to individual ethics and regulatory approvals. londonstockexchange.com/news…

@paulwaugh look at the latest RNS from Abingdon #abdx Why isn’t this all over the press? It is criminal that the DHSC and this government can do this to UK companies - it’s very own people whilst Innova are buying jets. @the_innova @InnovaScandal @GoodLawProject #avct #odx #nyct

Proposed changes to the Official Secrets Act mean journalists who write articles that are embarrassing to the government could face up to 14 years in jail. A free press is essential in a democracy. The government must do all it can to protect it. theguardian.com/commentisfre…

🚨BREAKING🚨 Full vaccine passes to be enforced by Government! From September full vaccination will be a condition of entry to nightclubs & "other venues where large crowds gather". We will fight this from parliament to the courts. JOIN THE CHALLENGE: crowdfunder.co.uk/join-the-c…

I am extremely pro-vaccine, but I passionately believe it should be a person's individual choice. Vaccine passports are wrong.

The UK Oxford vaccine was partnered with AZ with conditions. It is cheaper (produced at cost), easier to store and distribute and will be be especially beneficial to developing nations. Unethical my arse.

While covid-19 vaccines have been efficacious in preventing disease, we still need to test whether vaccines block infections and how long protection lasts. Here's where human challenge trials can help, argue Nir Eyal, @ArthurCaplan, and Stanley Plotkin ow.ly/3hxb50D3z6l

Screenshot and put on your socials, let them see the real feeling of the people, NOT the made up polls of 2000 people. We called out the scaremongering figures from Whitty and Co and we were right. #CancelTheLockdown ⚠️
