6 YEARS SOBER. ✨
Oct 15, 2020: I surrendered & chose to live. Hard? Absolutely. Worth it? You damn right. Grateful for the journey, the global marathons, my chosen fam, & Whitney’s spirit guiding me. If you’re navigating alcohol addiction & need a listener, I’m in your corner.
Still one of my favorite running memories and grateful for my Irish Brother🇮🇪
Great to meet my LA running buddy @JTChestnut , wishing you a good run and great experience in @TokyoMarathon_E

I'm going to need the same people who were so pressed about the Cracker Barrel logo to have that same energy when it comes to gun safety regulations, checking on the mental state of those who seemed strangely isolated, and provide more action than thoughts and prayers🙃
Theo Huxtable was the guy every young black boy wanted to be. He was smooth, learned from his lessons, and soon elevated to being an educated King.
Rest in peace, Malcolm Jamal Warner.
Graced the stage yesterday and received my Master of Public Administration degree from @CalStateLA . Grateful, fierce, and overjoyed!
