The TUSC2 gene plays a critical role in healthy aging. Gene expression is lost in human tissues, including the brain, with aging suggesting that healthy aging could be promoted by TUSC2 gene therapy.

Here the Moderna flu data the FDA refused to review.
This is the most important slide from the company's study of its experimental flu vaccine-- exactly the data FDA said it wouldn't even review.
And below is a thread of relevant slides from that presentation and links to other relevant studies I wanted to bookmark. (I'm a reporter who covers this stuff.)🧵1/14

If you read one thing this week, read today's @nytimes piece by @SimarSBajaj bit.ly/49ABdvd It names a truth people with #lungcancer live with every single day.
This well-written article makes it clear that stigma doesn't just hurt people emotionally; it is a life or death barrier. People delay diagnosis, care, and support because they're afraid of being judged.
Lung cancer is not a morality story. And nicotine addiction isn't a bad habit or personal failure - It's a DISEASE and should be treated that way, with compassion and evidence-based care, not judgment.
Thank you, @JimPantelas, for always being so open and honest. And thank you, @drCarterBawam, @hawkeyestudts, @NarjustFlorezMD, and others, for continuing to remind people of the most basic truth: no one 'earns' this disease and no one 'deserves' it!
Please help change the conversation and shift the narrative from shame and blame to hope and humanity.

"In summary, decades of scientific investment have translated to longer lives for people with even the most fatal cancers" - let's keep going!
China leads research in 90% of crucial technologies - a dramatic shift this century. Nature. 2026 Jan;649(8095):13-14. doi: 10.1038/d41586-025-04048-7. PMID: 41388085.
“At the beginning of this century, the United States led more than 90% of the assessed technologies, whereas China led less than 5%…” US Science must be supported and adequately funded if we are to reverse this alarming trend.

As a liver doctor who has treated patients with hepatitis B for decades, this change to the vaccine schedule is a mistake. The hepatitis B vaccine is safe and effective. The birth dose is a recommendation, NOT a mandate.
Before the birth dose was recommended, 20,000 newborns a year were infected with hepatitis B. Now, it’s fewer than 20. Ending the recommendation for newborns makes it more likely the number of cases will begin to increase again. This makes America sicker.
Acting CDC Director O’Neill should not sign these new recommendations and instead retain the current, evidence-based approach.

Aaron Siri is a trial attorney who makes his living suing vaccine manufacturers. He is presenting as if an expert on childhood vaccines. The ACIP is totally discredited. They are not protecting children.

“Should he decline to resign, we call upon the President and U.S. Congress to appoint a new Secretary of Health and Human Services, one whose qualifications and experience ensure that health policy is informed by independent and unbiased peer-reviewed science.”
