Another Yellowjacket representing Forest Hills on the All-Star stage! Congratulations to Kam Myers on being selected to the Queen City Senior Bowl. A great accomplishment and a well deserved opportunity. Proud to see him represent Jacket Nation!

SUN BELT RANKINGS:
Just more chaos in the SBC as App State tops JMU to take the #1 spot. I am thinking that ODU game was an outlier and App State deserves recognition for the season they have put together.
This might be the hardest conference to rank so go ahead and tell me what I got wrong.

Tough game against Parkwood but we got it done! 14-0 WIN and 7-0 on the season! I was a little under the weather, but I kept pushing for my teammates. Our D really showed up and showed out!
