I decided to place an order from @UberEats last night. A single item (priced at $3.04) was delivered over 2 hours later, after I was assigned at least 3 different @Uber drivers. When I requested a refund for the missing items (5 out of the 6 items in the order) it was denied.

After being a longtime Uber user and UberOne member, they denied my reasonable refund request. I was defrauded out of $47 on Christmas. @bbb_us How are companies allowed to defraud their customers like this?
