With the 40th overall pick, the Los Angeles Dodgers select shortstop Bo Lowrance in the 2026 MLB Draft.
Easy to envision a 2026 breakout for Vanderbilt SS Ryker Waite. Minimal playing time as a freshman but tore up the Cape Cod League all summer. Posted elite contact rates while playing solid defense up the middle. More power than the 5’10 frame would suggest. 2027 draft eligible.
Released scouting reports on my top 25 players from the AFL over on @ProspectsLive! prospectslive.com/scouting-r…
Historically, only about 11% of players drafted from Round 10 on ever make the major leagues. I broke down five players from the 2025 draft who I think could fit into that 11%! medium.com/@JacobMaxwellScou…
Former Phillies first rounder Dante Nori barrels one up then shows off the wheels on an inside-the-park HR! Toolsy player. #PLiveAFL @ProspectsLive
Diamondbacks prospect Jack Hurley has been one of my favorite under the radar players in the AFL. Consistent hard contact from the lefty. Lines out sharply at 107 MPH right here. #PLiveAFL @ProspectsLive
LA Dodgers prospect Logan Wagner leaves the yard here and shows off a beautiful swing from the left side. 108 EV, 407 ft. #PLiveAFL @ProspectsLive
Kevin McGonigle launches a leadoff HR off Rays RHP Jackson Baumeister. 107.5 off the bat, 406 ft. McGonigle continues to look the part of a number one overall prospect. #PLiveAFL @ProspectsLive
Blue Jays infield prospect Josh Kasevich is a fun Rule-5 eligible bat. Hits the ball hard and makes strong swing decisions with a capable arm at SS. #PLiveAFL @ProspectsLive
Astros RHP Anderson Brito looked the part of a big league arm today. Racked up 8 whiffs all shown here. FB averaged 97.8 MPH. Showed an ability to get LHH out. Was landing curveballs for strikes vs them and flashed a fun changeup as a whiff pitch. Upside arm. #PLiveAFL
White Sox prospect Braden Montgomery shows off the bat speed as he ambushes this pitch at 101 off the bat. Montgomery was acquired by CWS as the headliner in the Garrett Crochet deal. Has some of the top power in MILB and trots out a 70 arm in RF. #PLiveAFL @ProspectsLive
Former Nationals first rounder Seaver King lines one at 101 to the RCF gap and hustles into 3B for a triple. King has displayed an impressive combination of power and speed this fall. Chance to develop into an everyday player for WAS down the line. #PLiveAFL @ProspectsLive
Pirates 1B prospect Tony Blanco has true 80-grade raw power. Effortlessly sends this one 408 ft. If the hit tool ever develops you could be looking at one of the premier sluggers in the game. #PLiveAFL @ProspectsLive
Rays prospect Aidan Smith barrels one up to the opposite field here. Toolsy player who was acquired by Tampa in the Randy Arozarena trade. #PLiveAFL @ProspectsLive

I’m a big fan of how the Cardinals list turned out over at @ProspectsLive

Giants 1B prospect Parks Harber shows off his strength an an opposite field HR here. Left that bat at 107.6 MPH. #PLiveAFL @ProspectsLive
Love what I’ve seen from Nationals LHP prospect Jake Bennet. Rule-5 eligible this offseason and a name to remember. Impressive 6’6 frame with a smooth and controlled delivery. Showing an ability to get hitters on both sides of the plate out. #PLiveAFL @ProspectsLive
Outfielder Ryan Lasko of the Athletics is an underrated prospect for me. Strong contact skills and a guy who can stick in centerfield with a plus arm. Has looked good in the Fall League so far. #PLiveAFL
Cubs catching prospect Owen Ayers has thrown out a batter in each of the first two innings today. Quick operation behind the plate. #PLiveAFL
