If experience brings more money for doctor then there wouldn't be a medical licensure or limited medical seats and residency.
Correlation of gaining experience for salary is less than degree or speciality or switching district

Medacc Maps : Doctor Salary
No private employer wants to pay salary. The moment they find out your skills are transferrable to cheaper NP or PA ... they question wage and lower it.
Only solution is to move into ESOP based employment.
Fix and peg your salary at government wage to keep up with inflation.
For 2027, CMS is proposing another reduction in physician payments while increasing hospital facility payments.
Over the last 20-plus years, physician payments have lost ground to inflation. Hospital outpatient payments, meanwhile, receive regular inflation-based updates.
For a routine level 3 visit, the proposed changes are:
Independent office: about $95 → $93.
On-campus hospital clinic: about $193 → $200–$204, including physician and facility payments.
In my office, that $93 has to cover my time, staff, rent, equipment, EMR and billing.
The physician payment in the hospital falls too. The increase comes from the separate facility fee.
Independent practices face rising overhead without a separate facility payment to offset the cut. That makes independent practice harder to sustain and encourages routine care to move into hospitals, where the total payment is more than twice as much.
Problem with Indian CGI is that it is not set in story or surreality. Its a commercial about the actor stitched into the movie.
Ramayana by japanese was an epic because it told the story rather than show off characters bringing depth and breadth to the plot
This is the same for anabolic steroids - guys who are genetically the weakest at building muscle or be athletic takes them to gain status.
We force everyone into handful of social status game that require drug addiction to even be mediocre because most weren't a genetic lottery
Fun thing about drug addiction is that you get addicted to it when you are in biologically wrong environment (high or low)
Most artists didn't achieve high status because of virality or piggybacking off others so they need drugs to let brain wire itself to new environment
In 2018, Matthew Perry suffered a burst colon caused by severe opioid-induced constipation.
He was given a 2% chance of survival, hooked up to a life support machine, and remained in a coma for two weeks.
He was hospitalized for 5 months, and had to use a colonoscopy bag for another 9 months.
None of this stopped his drug use.
Let's stop treating addiction like it is a cancer diagnosis.
The guy spent $7 million on rehab and had literally 0 will power.

We are told emergency medicine is not fit for cardio, nephro , hepat, ID, neuro or pulmonology
But internal medicine can??
Emergency was run by IM before EM even existed.
They see almost same patient, order and manage almost same.

it came out in 3D, then the liver, duodenum and portal vein around it, all on one GPU
no cystic duct or artery yet though. surgeons, what would it need to show before you'd plan with it?

Even though this is sad , I am slightly happy that India is killing its public research labs. It shows that its letting go off communism and embracing private sector.
Join startups and do R&D
or
Join R&D of existing pharma or pvt medical colleges
The harsh, unglamorous reality of running a research lab in India:
• 9 months spent navigating bureaucratic loops just to onboard a single postdoctoral fellow.
• Two nationally funded grants stuck in fiscal limbo, sanctioned on paper, zero cash flow in practice.
• Project staff and research fellows surviving without salaries for 90 days.
We celebrate Nobel dreams and technological self-reliance on public stages, but behind the laboratory doors, PIs spend 70% of their bandwidth begging finance desks to release sanctioned funds and apologizing to unpaid junior scholars.
Science does not fail in India due to a lack of intellect or ambition; it gets slowly suffocated by procedural inertia and financial apathy. If we cannot ensure basic salary timelines for young researchers, talking about global leadership is pure theater. 🎯☕📊🔬
