Let’s go!!! 10 yd TD run by J Knuth! Just run the same O as we would with Johnson. The holes are there in ASU D, we just need to take advantage of them. Knuth may not get the 30+ yard runs, but he has shown he can run for 10+. To me that’s a great QB run!

K-State Special Teams thoughts… Huge improvement! The punt unit with B White has been electric. The 2 muffed catches today can’t happen! We just got a lucky bounce today. A blocked FG today was great! We haven’t seen KO Returns much. Excited to see Harris return a few TD’s!

K-State Offense thoughts… Through 2 games, I’m happy with the distribution with the ball. Fields has elite potential, and Joe-Jack is deadly in the open field. Avery is showing signs of improvement, but his Int’s are due to him locking on a WR. I’m sure he’ll get it fixed.

K-State Defense thoughts… Through 2 games no TD’s allowed, 3 points given up, and 288 total yards. Is pretty impressive, I’m not ready to label them as elite “Lynch Mob” defense from the 90’s. But, they are a bunch of ball hawks! It’s good to see a lot of hats around the ball.
