Flying way under the radar given the final result: Judge Mike Ross (115-111) had the fight 105-104 heading into 12th and final round. This is at least three trash cards from him in notable fights (Sandy Ryan-Jessica McCaskill, Tommy Fury-Jake Paul). #NavarreteFoster

12 rounds done. Incredible performance by O'Shaquie Foster and in such a high-level fight. Boxing so badly needed what we were blessed with tonight. #NavarreteFoster

And another!! Shock cementing this fight and the Fighter of the Year race.
Down goes Navarrete!! Was just getting ready to say would love to see Shock close out rd 12 and leave no doubt. That seals it, barring a bailout KO for Navarrete #NavarreteFoster

Can see 4-1 or 3-2 Shock right now. REALLY really good fight through five. #NavarreteFoster

Better 2nd round for Vaquero and his gift is not needing to close the gap in order to land a punch. Even if he didn't win the round (I thought he edged it), definitely the momentum shift he needed #NavarreteFoster

Are you for real? Navarrete literally did not land a single punch.

Was fine with the ending, especially after rewatch. Wasn't a fan of the Dogen arc, though I get that it served a greater purpose. That said, Lennon was completely unnecessary. DEFINITELY would've featured Titus Welliver more, however it needed to happen.

I had Alberto Puello winning but didn't expect him to get the nod. Close (and uneventful) enough to where doubtful they go against Smith in his hometown. Split decision to Dalton, WBC belt stays home #SmithPuello

Japan normally has the fairest judging. If anything, the local fighters are more prone to bad decisions.

I’m always on the Key side, so I hate all of this just as much as you do.

Correct. Was initially 130.4. If I’m not mistaken, he didn’t make weight until his 3rd trip to the scale, though within the allotted time. Hated hearing that, given the work he put in to be in shape for Nuñez earlier this year.

So what seems likely in this? If the figure is a lie, then Hitchins is dumb enough to allow himself to get used as a pawn in this. If the loyalty to Shakur/J. Prince is a lie, then Keyshawn has once again sabotaged his own career. No real happy ending, whatever the truth may be

If the working theory is that he followed Shakur out the Zuffaverse door, then it’s very conceivable that he threw out a ridiculous number just to torch the village.

Netflix still owes him a fight from the Mayweather debacle. In a situation where there’s no good outcome, I’d rather see this than him commanding his own show with a weak/irrelevant undercard.

Only one "and by the way" - Lou is slowing down!! Great read. Lou and I basically have the same view these days (and very similar broken hearts).

Not sure what's more idiotic - the fact that Jive Turki and his goons are forcing this card to go on as scheduled, or that anyone thinks traveling to Bahrain and then driving through 300 miles of active drone targets is any safer.
A few people I know are on the way or headed to Riyadh for #CaneloMbilli. They are not flying to Riyadh. They’re flying to the country of Bahrain and then driving 5+ hours or so to Riyadh. #boxing
