Pou chèf gang yo ak manm gang yo k ap kenbe kat konpatriyòt nou yo an otaj ann Ayiti:
Nou deja fini ak gang yo nan El Salvador, e nou kapab fini ak nou tou.
Nou toujou gen tan pou evite sa.
Remèt nou kat konpatriyòt nou yo vivan, san okenn mal, epi tout bagay ap retounen jan sa te ye anvan kidnaping lan.
Desizyon an nan men nou.
"Panama is back to normal" is only half true
The capital is...gracias a dios 🇵🇦
But after 917 aftershocks, the hardest-hit provinces still face a long rebuild
I'm talking places like...
→ Azuero
→ Coclé
→ Veraguas
Some spots in these areas still need a LOT of help
All makes sense except the @MarriottBonvoy shade…
What’s wrong with a Marriott?!! Always have good experiences in Marriott hotels across the Americas
The forever K is here...
1. Food banks have record demand. Michelin tables have never been harder to book.
2. Robotaxis and AI made chauffeurs and assistants almost free. So status moved to what software can't make: a $180M Van Gogh hits Sotheby's next month.
3. Ten stocks are 40% of the S&P 500. The other 490 are along for the ride.
4. Homes under $1M are a buyer's market. Over $5M, it's a seller's market.
5. Delta now makes more from the front of the plane than the back.
6. Spirit is dead. Private jet flights just hit an all-time high.
7. Hotels are either Motel 6 or the Four Seasons. Marriott is the new Motel 6.
8. Subprime auto delinquencies are at a record. Porsche wants to be Ferrari.
9. Applebee's is running ads saying it's cheaper than McDonald's.
10. Chipotle gave up on everyone under $100K and kept the $20 burrito crowd.

Why ze' German is building a city for 300 entrepreneurs in Venezuela instead of Europe
→ 12 hectares became 40, 298 lots became 300 because Nueva Esparta means New Sparta
→ "It's not a community everybody can just come and buy in"
→ "I don't want the same German neighbors I already had in Germany"
→ Tim says Venezuela just had its Berlin Wall moment

Domestic flights in Chile 🇨🇱 are insanely cheap…
I was pricing a trip to the Atacama Desert and started checking other routes.
JetSMART is advertising one-way fares from Santiago starting at:
• Antofagasta: 8,868 CLP ($10 USD)
• Concepción: 15,900 CLP ($18 USD)
• La Serena: 16,900 CLP ($19 USD)
• Temuco: 16,900 CLP ($19 USD)
• Calama (Atacama): 18,900 CLP ($21 USD)
• Puerto Montt: 31,900 CLP ($35 USD)
Promotional base fares before taxes and extras.
Some of these flights cost less than an Uber ride back in the USA 🇺🇸.
Chile stretches over 2,600 miles from north to south.
You can go from one of the driest deserts on Earth to the lakes, volcanoes, and glaciers of Patagonia without ever leaving the country.
With a little flexibility, exploring this country is surprisingly affordable.

This might have been the most *unique* project I've seen this year...
Ze' German is building his own private city in Venezuela, and I spent a full day walking CryptoCity with him
→ 40 hectares, 300 lots, a marina with 170 boat slips
→ 1.2 million m³ of earth already moved into 45 terraces
→ 54 lots sold, from about $75,000 up to $700,000
→ Existing community votes on every buyer, 2/3 majority & you're in
January 3 changed the math, Tim says the project is now worth 10X more
I went to see if it's real, full video below 👇
Glad to hear it’s going well, broski!!
Relocating the family to Latin America is never easy, that’s why we got on calls narrowing it down before the plane tickets were even booked
Querétaro 🇲🇽 is a solid pick, functional and practical for a family
Keep me posted 🫡
Shout out to @JakeNomada for putting me on Querétaro through his Substack and 1on1 calls
Moving to Latam with a family requires lots of research, 3 weeks in and his info has been bang on. Feels like it may be the sweet spot long term but still have some Latam exploring to do
Always great to meet the homies here IRL!
Great talk with my good friend @JakeNomada after his visit to Venezuela.

Hear me out...
If Trump wants to sweep the midterms
We send the boys in the middle east, all of them, every single one, straight into France
Let em' loose, no holds bar
France is saved and we left the true Frenchmen get back to their roots using unique apparatuses designed for...
Well, you know the history
Then...
50 STATES GO RED
Wait...
I was told by many esteemed scholars on here that EVERYTHING about France, Europe, and the migrants was a complete X fabrication story
Hmmm 🤔
I went to Venezuela expecting minor inconveniences, maybe some problems...
The problem I didn’t have was safety
Walked around with expensive camera gear, used normal taxis, went out at night
Nothing, absolute "crickets"
The real friction was electricity blackouts, unreliable Internet, and water outages
Safety was the part that surprised me most, as Venezuela felt very safe 🇻🇪
1st video from Venezuela 🇻🇪 here…

Million-dollar yachts docked outside the mall, an electrical blackout inside
Welcome to LecherÃa, Venezuela 🇻🇪
The stores with private generators stay open, the rest don't
While you can buy the yacht, reliable electricity is apparently a separate conversation...
