Day 2 of trying to get someone from @larkhealth to reply. Now when the AI is chatting with me I’m no longer Jacob, I’m undefined

@larkhealth I’m having issues with my lark app. It’s logging data but the data screen is blank and the settings screen displays “undefined”. I’ve rebooted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled and the issues persist. Any idea?

They forgot the IT guy….I’ll let it slide though

I had someone tell me today that I’m so much nicer then the last IT guy here. What did I do that was special? Let me know the user rant. She wasn’t mad at me, just mad at the situation. The fix was a quick reboot. I left her with a little education and a big smile.

It’s Monday and the first email of the day states, “ Can you come look at our printer, it’s going in and out.” Sure I can! I love dealing with acting up printers first thing on a Monday!

@LandfallGames My kids love TABS and with the release of the custom unit creator they’ve made a group of pirate units called ,”The Pirates if the Caribean” they are hilarious! They saw this map on the main menu and would love to be able to play it! Any way to make that happen??

I finally be able to take some time off work. I told each of my kids to pick a special thing and just the kid and I would spend the day together doing that. My youngest is up first, today we’re spending the day at the park and just talking about cars, “man stuff” he says!

Anyone who lives where the humidity is high knows the truth to this!

In other news, my youngest absolutely loves frogs. I was able to catch this cutie today at work, I’m looking forward to surprising him when I get home. Any other frog lovers out there???!
