Been into @JohnLewisRetail High Wycombe, wife wanted to purchase a @hobbs pink Victoria fascinator instore, priced at £99. In store sign says 20% off full priced items (not selected). It’s not on your website, and when scanned on the till it’s not on your system (1/2)
(2/2) The store won’t apply the 20% discount, despite @hobbs & @marksandspencer also have 20% off it. After then going to speak with a faceless manager again, they then said they’re also doing it on scarves as well, but not hats! Are you making it up as you go along? Sale lost!

@Morrisons Absolutely disgusting service from you. Delivery booked for 5-6pm today. Got email to say delivery on the way. 18:30 and no delivery, no call, no text. Call Customer Service - apparently driver attempted deliver. Lie - we are sat waiting in the kitchen.
