My sister passed away earlier this year and today would have been her 30th birthday.
Crazy how your life can turn upside down at any given time. Be thankful for everyday and tell your friends and your family you love them! 🦋🪽❤️

Recent photo dump of my life. As some of you may know 2024 has been the most challenging year of my life.
6 months ago I lost 25 pounds in one month, could not eat or drink and was extremely dehydrated. My kidneys were in terrible condition and after spending 4 days in the ICU I was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic.
Nearly one month after I was diagnosed my sister died at only 29 years old. Her 30th birthday is coming up on November 27th. Fun fact: I was going to get her a walking cane and maybe a wheelchair for her 30th LOL. I wouldn’t be a good brother if I didn’t try and bug her.
Mental health is no joke and a LOT of people really struggle with it, so make sure you are actively checking in with your friends and family and make sure they are okay.
