Excited to share one of the things we’ve been working on at Nautilus – Iterative Mapping of proteoforms - a first-of-kind single-molecule method to measure proteoforms! We applied this technology to study one of my favorite proteins: Tau.

And if you'll allow me one very self-indulgent tweet... coming to work these last 6 months and getting to analyze a layer of biological information that nobody has ever really been able to see has been one of the coolest experiences I've ever had.
And if you're interested in being part of diving into the depths of the proteome... we're hiring! Reach out if you see a fit and are passionate about proteomics.

Single absolute biomarkers aren’t going to cut it.
Why don’t single-protein #biomarkers cut it in biology? In a new episode of "Translating Proteomics," @paragmallick and Andreas Huhmer make the case for new multi-protein, multi-time point, and even multiomic biomarkers that can power #PrecisionMedicine.
