Finally got around to reading the @globeandmail report on trucking. Absolutely nothing new in there to most of us in the industry, but hopefully the attention will help move the regulatory needle. I'm frankly tired of @PrabSarkaria's canned "no tolerance for bad actors" responses
MTO seems to have plenty of tolerance for bad actors. I wrote about a scheme involving the sale of safety inspection decals to operators of unsafe equipment with no mandatory inspection conducted. I'm told the same mechanic is still at it today.
