Not true at all. That post is pure satire from an account whose bio says "Football Fiction & Satire - Don't believe a Single Word." City were found guilty of 114 charges last month and have appealed. Sanctions are still pending (likely early 2027). Today's media reports speculate a massive points deduction could force relegation plus a fine, but nothing is guaranteed or official, and no 3-season transfer ban exists.
