Pretty much the summary. CLARITY inducing events? 🧐
Elon and Drunkenmiller bullposting Hyperliquid bringing perp futures to the US. Then Binance suffers the largest CEX hack in history shortly after. One of the most bullish driven headlines ever in crypto bringing massive volume inflows into the market, followed by the most bearish headline in the same day causing massive outbound liquidations. I mean the hacker couldn’t have picked a better day, crazy coincidence I guess.

Added another few million of @telcoin - don’t get me wrong, they’ve missed deadlines and certainly missed the mark on marketing but that doesn’t change the fundamentals. I’m glad to see all the interviews recently by @P4Cap and @TelcoinPaul . Since 2020 I’ve held that the next wave of crypto will be focused on utility and connecting networks (define that how you want). At the current levels 0.0014 even if you’re not on ethereum:0x467bccd9d29f223bce8043b84e8c8b282827790f for the long term - I’m confident in short term gains. Listen to the @TelcoinTAO to get the best information of what is coming. NFA DYOR

And another but with a sooner expiration date. I really hope these bitcoin:native bets get activated šŸæ
"Bitcoin will never break its all-time high again." — Jason Calacanis Jason, @dotkrueger and @GrantCardone are making us wait too long for the bet to play out. Let's grow some balls and make a more realistic bet with an earlier pay day. Jason, I'll bet you $126,210.50 it will break its ATH. Here are the terms: Bitcoin hits or exceeds $126,210.50 on or before October 28, 2027, 12PM EST I’m happy to offer a gentlemans agreement and trust you to pay - no escrow needed. The X community is our witness. The bet is either settled when Bitcoin hits the ATH or on October 28, 2027. @jason Do we have a bet?

And another $BTC bet
Hey @Jason… want an easy $3 million? I agree to the same terms as Grant just offered you (below). Add @dotkrueger’s original bet to the mix and you have $3M Saying ā€œBitcoin is deadā€ is free. Let’s see if you have conviction.

And now Grant Cardone has also made the $BTC wager....things are getting interesting. I hope Jason takes all of the bets and backs up his crazy X posts
Bitcoin will never break its all-time high again." — Jason Calacanis Jason, I'll bet you $1,000,000 it will break its ATH. Here are the terms: Bitcoin hits or exceeds $126,210.50 on or before October 28, 2028, 12PM PST I’m happy to trust you to pay or if you prefer we can each escrow the dollars with independent party. Amazing. I hope he takes the bet and Jason puts his money where his mouth is šŸæ
"Bitcoin will never break its all-time high again." — Jason Calacanis Jason, I'll bet you $1,000,000 that you're wrong. Here are the terms: Bitcoin must exceed $126,210.50 (its October 2025 ATH) before October 28, 2036. If Bitcoin does, I win $1 million. If it doesn't, you win $1 million. We each put $1 million into independent escrow, with a mutually agreed custodian and objective price oracle. The bet ends immediately if Bitcoin breaks the record. Otherwise, it settles on October 28, 2036. No excuses. No moving the goalposts. You said NEVER. I'm giving you just 10 years. Do we have a bet?

Telcoin AMA: everything you need to know. Telcoin just held their latest council meeting, so here's the recap, the bits that matter. Mainnet: they're calling it the final stretch for 2026. The core protocol is now, in their words, production ready. What's left is mostly the off-chain stuff, final hardware, security reviews, and lining partners up on the same timeline. The key piece they still need is the public RPC, the infrastructure that lets the bridge and public transactions work. That's in full swing. If you hold TEL: there's a token upgrade. Old TEL becomes new TEL, one to one, so your amount doesn't change. It gets cleaned up to proper standards and becomes the native gas token. Do it yourself through the official portal. Nobody from Telcoin will ever message you to upgrade it. Anyone who does is a scammer. The part that impressed me: instant finality and no mempool. In plain English, no waiting, and no bots front-running your transactions like they do on Ethereum. For real-world payments at a till, that's massive. And the validators aren't anonymous, they're real institutions with reputations to protect. They've also brought in David Palmer, a serious telecom heavyweight, already deep in meetings across the industry. This is all "coming" and "on track," not live yet. Mobile operators are testing but haven't been publicly named. And they admitted day-one transactions will basically be zero, growing from there. Lots of progress. The pieces are coming together. Now it all comes down to execution. Are you holding through mainnet? šŸ‘‡ $TEL @TelcoinTAO

Thank you to everyone who tuned in to last week's X Space with David Palmer (@Metaversebizz) and Parker Spann (@P4Cap). One question from David stayed with us: when did you last make a normal phone call, or send an SMS? Most of that traffic now runs through apps built on top of the network, and so does most of the value. For mobile operators, he sees one big area left: "So I think the last frontier of that is payments, right?" Listen below.

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov. The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison. I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return. I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something. Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act. Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with ā€œAmericaā€ in its name. And once again, not one individual charged. Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working. A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats. This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried. There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go. Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: ā€œJustice is the defense of our liberty.ā€ I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him. I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them. This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one. Three things would change the math overnight. Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined. End ā€œtoo big to jail.ā€ An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one. And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them. Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine. I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it. Respectfully, Everett A. Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder and Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit
