We really are dire! Never seen a ‘professional’ football team look so defunct of any tactical nouse, basic football skills and just not caring! It’s painful and it seems like this season is taking an age to end #Gills
Another pretty lacklustre performance. 2 year plan which is now going drastically downhill and fast. Don’t look like scoring, don’t look like defending. Basics not being done with any efficiency. I want Ainsworth to do well but it’s not looking good #Gills
I’ve seen some bad Gills performances in my time but that may take the cake #Gills
Ireland battering us at rugby. Gills being Gills’d on a Saturday afternoon and a kid with conjunctivitis. If Carlsberg did Saturday’s this wouldn’t be one #Gills
The club needs some know-how of what is required to compete in this league. A solid structure above the manager. We can all agree the recruitment hasn’t been right and we lack a specific skill set which we have been crying out for. Football people in football positions. #Gills
Summer is probably the biggest off-season we need in terms of rebuilds for quite some time. The results don’t resonate as much as they have in the past due to the complete incompetence of this squad over the past few years. Nothing will change until they are moved on. #Gills
We know the players aren’t exactly the best but Ainsworth really hasn’t done himself any favours setting this team up over the past few days #Gills
