@OpenreachHelp My pensioner in-laws have been without internet & phone for 3 weeks due to a broken cable connection to their home in Hipperholme HX3. Today you sent an internal works engineer who can’t fix an external cable & now they wait again!? This is just very poor service😏

We’re delighted that our SpringBond #underlay has been used in @TheHarrogateSpa following a £15m refurbishment.
