Forget all the huge supermarkets and their mawkish Christmas adverts, this was the best Christmas advert - Enniskillen pub Charlie's put out this advert back in 2023. It’s brilliant.

Does this man have no decency. Obviously not. His ego is all, and intelligence nil.
This is appallingly tasteless. Delete it, President @realDonaldTrump .

One World Day in Borough Gardens, Dorchester, Dorset was a huge success. All kudos to Emma Scott & team from Dorset Council . The atmosphere was fab - it felt like the World was one with so many cultures present. Well done Oksana Papeta & Grains of Hope with @AsOneTheatre

So sad to hear that Penny Keith has passed away. She played my Mum in one of my earliest jobs. And she was so kind. She was authoritative, giggly, maternal and, of course, a class act. In every sense. Oh, Twitter Chums, she was lovely. #PenelopeKeith

The Guardian has released a statement after Nigel Farage posted a photo of one of their photographers' press passes, implying that a photojournalist threatened his safety: "The Guardian is concerned by the recent publication on Nigel Farage’s social media pages of the professional credentials of a photographer working on behalf of the Guardian while he was working lawfully in a public space. Holding public figures to account is the role of a free press. "As part of the Guardian’s journalism covering Nigel Farage’s purchase of a £1.4m property in cash shortly after receiving a £5m personal gift, a photographer took pictures from a public path and showed his press card when asked to identify himself." theguardian.com/gnm-press-of…
