Momentous day. And immense respect for our MP's after watching the final debate of the Assisted Dying Bill in the House of Commons. Extraordinarily good speeches on both sides- informed, eloquent, compelling, profoundly compassionate arguments in favour and against.

C4 #Dispatches is a tough watch but the reality for patients in EDs nationwide. Staff are overwhelmed, morally injured and burning out. Patients are paying the price of underfunding and understaffing. The tories have destroyed our NHS. It is unrecognisable from when I started.
