Thanks @JetBlue for canceling my flight putting me on another flight without confirmed seats that I already had confirmed on the flight you cancelled then trying to say I did it. Last time I’ll be using your airline!

My favorite part of the ordeal is them calling me back 4 hours later when my call back time was only suppose to be an hour and 20 mins. Then being gaslit by customer rep saying I didn’t have confirmed seats because I unselected my seats during the confirmation process. Nice try!
