The Proctors are publicly supporting Greg Connor for Norfolk County District Attorney.
It has now been independently confirmed that a Greg Connor for District Attorney campaign sign is displayed on the front lawn of the home where former Massachusetts State Police Trooper Michael Proctor is reportedly living with his parents under his sister Courtney's roof.
The endorsement comes as Michael Proctor is once again making headlines following the release of text messages in the Karen Read vs MSP and CPD civil litigation. It also comes as Greg Connor's campaign has faced questions regarding the handling of the Myles King criminal matter.
The Proctor-related records are also becoming relevant in other litigation. Aidan "Turtleboy" Kearney is seeking many of the same documents in connection with his pending criminal case, meaning additional records involving Michael Proctor could continue to become public.
Supporting a political candidate is every citizen's right, and a yard sign does not suggest Greg Connor is responsible for Michael Proctor's conduct. It does, however, identify where the Proctor family has placed its support in the race for Norfolk County District Attorney while Michael Proctor remains the subject of ongoing public scrutiny and related litigation.
The Proctor family has now made its choice. Voters will have to decide whether they are comfortable with the family of the disgraced former lead investigator in the Karen Read case enthusiastically backing Greg Connor for Norfolk County District Attorney.
Whether Greg Connor welcomes that endorsement or not, it is now part of his campaign. Every voter can decide for themselves what that says about the future of accountability in Norfolk County. Would you trust a candidate being endorsed by the Proctors?

BREAKING: 📢
Karen Read's SUV taillight was NOT damaged at 5:42am on 1/29/22 as it was later photographed at the Canton Sallyport.
Finally, in a new data dump, we see the surveillance footage from Pequitside Farm that shows ✨️the taillight✨️ in question.
ICYMI:
The Commonwealth's theory was that John O'Keefe was allegedly hit by Karen with her SUV that severely damaged her side taillight.. to the point where it was obliterated. This damage not only broke almost all of the red polycarbonate/acrylic but also the internal metal L brackets that were protecting clear diffusers.
These diffusers spread light from the bulbs. There are only 3 red bulbs on this side of the taillight. That light is then filtered by these diffusers which gives an appearance of a fully lit taillight.
No diffuser = no light = dark side taillight
Guess what one of the first pieces of taillight was found at the 34 Fairview SERT search? A large piece of clear diffuser.
This video from Pequitside Farm proves that Karen Read's taillight was intact at 5:42am. Proving that the Commonwealth's theory is false. It also proves that someone other than Karen Read broke her taillight.
🚨 NEW VIDEO – 1/29/22 🚨
At 5:42 AM, Jen McCabe is driving Karen Read’s SUV, with Kerry Roberts following behind, as they pass Pequitside Farm traveling from 12 Country Ln → 1 Meadows Ave.
This footage shows the PASSENGER-SIDE taillight of Karen’s SUV — no broken diffuser visible.

Brennan's too-cute strategy of deliberately concealing anything "bad" in his case in chief (Proctor, the Alberts, Higgins, and yes, anything related to Chloe the dog) has become a serious issue. There is no evidence of a dog DNA test (let alone the results or how and where it was collected) before the jury. This was a calculated choice by the prosecution. But Brennan just basically testified as an unsworn witness by suggesting that evidence exists as part of his effort to discredit Dr. Russell. Will the judge order a mistrial? Of course not. But what is the remedy here? Telling the jury to ignore what they heard? Past experience tells us that is probably all she will do.

It’s just been revealed that Officer John O’Keefe’s cellphone’s last activity was user manipulation to lock the phone at 12:32:09am, by the user pressing the side “lock” button briefly.
To believe that John was hit by Karen Read’s car and killed, you’d have to believe that in his final moments, and despite having just sustained an incapacitating head injury, he had the clarity of mind to take his phone out of his pocket and lock it.
Of course though, this would require you to ignore all of the other Apple Health movement data, like the flights of stairs climbed, thereby putting John and his phone inside the house.
However, the phone being manually manipulated (locked), by pressing the side button, as its last user activity, does seem to lineup with the notion that John’s phone was potentially run out from the front door of the house to the location where his body would later be placed atop of it.
It seems like an awful coincidence that from 12:31:56am to 12:32:16am, his phone traveled the exact same distance from the front door to where his body would be found on top of the phone at 6:04am, if he never went inside the house.
The phone being manually locked during this same time period (when these steps are being taken) also suggests that someone was deliberately moving with and manipulating the phone to run it out just moments after Karen Read left to go home, which would’ve had to have been by 12:30am at the latest to put her home and connected to the WiFi at 1 Meadows Ave at 12:36am (per Nicholas Gaurino’s testimony).
If you’re wondering why the McAlberts + partygoers inside the house, like Jen and Matt McCabe, were so feverishly watching Karen Read’s vehicle as it sat outside 34 Fairview, perhaps this might also explain why.

The last steps taken on #JohnOKeefe’s cell phone from 12:31:56am to 12:32:16am (20seconds), moments after Jen McCabe called his phone for an 8 seconds long call at 12:29:44am, show his phone took a total of 36 steps, or a distance of 25.46 meters. Converted this equals 83.6 feet. The distance from the front (living room) door of the Albert’s 34 Fairview home to the location where John’s body was later found, placed atop his cellphone, is ~83ft.
Is this why the window watchers, Jen & Matt McCabe and Julie Nagel, so eagerly & intently watched Karen Read’s every move, notably seeing her never strike anyone with her car, b/c they wanted to make sure she didn’t come in, but also so they could go promptly put John’s phone outside, the second Karen pulled away, where they’d later put his body?
Is this why Jen McCabe deleted her 12:29:44am phone call to John O’Keefe & later lied about it claiming it was a “butt dial”, out of consciousness of guilt, because she was calling then to locate his cellphone from a presumably incapacitated John & already begin the coverup? One things for sure. It’s no coincidence that his phone’s last series of steps taken span the exact distance from the front door to where his body was later found, providing further proof that John O’Keefe was INSIDE that house.

Why hide witnesses if you’re prosecuting the right person? #KarenRead
Why didn’t any of the “witnesses” inside 34 Fairview tell investigators in their interviews of the other vehicle, a Ford F-150, that arrived just after Officer #JohnOKeefe did?
Who told investigators of Ryan Nagel’s arrival?
It’s unclear how they got this information as seemingly none of the witnesses inside the house even mentioned his name or the arrival of the vehicle he was in.
Those witnesses—Jen & Matt McCabe, were diligently watching the street during an after party, so why leave that out?
Wouldn’t this be pertinent information in a motor vehicle homicide investigation?
Why wasn’t Ryan Nagel, another person who arrived to 34 Fairview in a vehicle with two other friends during the same time investigators allege a motor vehicle homicide occurred, not interviewed until after Lead Investigator Michael Proctor arrested Karen Read?
Were his friends interviewed? If not, why not?
In Ryan Nagel’s prescheduled, unrecorded February 7, 2022 interview, he reveals the presence of another witness who was inside the house—his sister, Juliana Nagel, who he came to pick up.
Why was Julie Nagel not promptly interviewed the moment investigators were made aware of her presence that night?
Instead, she wasn’t interviewed until 7 months later! Why’s that?
She went outside and was in front of the house during the same time investigators allege a motor vehicle homicide occurred. Couldn’t she have possessed critical information?
Did investigators not find it suspicious that Brian Albert, Jen McCabe and Matt McCabe all seemed to leave out the fact that Julie Nagel was present inside the house?
Or what about how those same witnesses failed to disclose that another witness, Sarah Levinson was inside the house?
After all, Jen and Matt McCabe gave Julie Nagel and Sarah Levinson both rides home that night…
Why did Jen McCabe leave that fact out of her first interview with Michael Proctor?
And why, in her February 2, 2022 interview with Troopers Kathleen Prince & Connor Keefe, did she change her story from saying she & Matt drove straight home, to then admitting that they drove two of her nephews friends home, while still failing to identify them?
Why did the defense only ever learn of the presence of ANOTHER witness who was at 34 Fairview that night, whom investigators were also presumably unaware of, until it was elicited from Brian Higgins’ grand jury testimony months later?
If investigators were unaware of so many “witnesses” who were there that night when Officer O’Keefe was murdered, what’s not to say there were several other potential suspects or witnesses present that they never even investigated?
After being court ordered on October 5, 2022, to disclose the name of said witness to the defense, why did the state refuse to comply until nearly 2 months later?
Is this what DA Michael Morrissey describes as honest and forthcoming? The prosecutor is required to make timely disclosure to the defense of all evidence.
Why would they hide witnesses from the defense, if they have nothing to hide?

Jen McCabe’s 6:23am and 6:24am Google searches for "how long ti die in cikd" and "hos long to die in cold" were never in dispute. It was the defense in fact who first reported the extraction of those searches, not the prosecution—but both sides have always agreed they occurred.
These searches are not and have NEVER been at issue. The only search that has ever been at issue, or an issue, for the prosecution, is the 2:27:40am Google search for “hos long to die in cold” made from Jen McCabe’s iPhone, hours before #KarenRead even knew #JohnOKeefe was missing.
They conveniently ignored that inconvenient truth however. They’ve still failed to disprove that that search occurred, and now apparently are taking the approach of avoiding mentioning it all together.
Probably wise, wouldn’t want to draw more attention to all the evidence inculpating those who they haven’t charged. In fact, that’s entirely what the Commonwealth’s 300+ page Opposition is: don’t look here at all this evidence incriminating our friends who we refused and to this day refuse to investigate!
No—look over there at that journalist! He exposed us so bad that we’ll mention his name MORE times than the egregious 300+ page count number of our filing.
Conveniently though, the state confirms that which we already know, while avoiding even touching the 2:27am search. They know not only does it sink their case, but it is so undeniable that even their own expert, Jessica Hyde’s report confirms it.
This 300+ page filing was only written for the press because the DA’s Office is desperate to sling mud at those of integrity who are simply bringing a light to their impending downfall.
Why? Just look at the deception—the same deception they tried to pull with the Supreme Judicial Court who promptly was having none of it when they ruled in favor of the defense and ordered the release of Jen McCabe’s Verizon carrier records.
Specifically, they try to conflate and purport that they hired a Senior Cellebrite Expert to confirm that Jen McCabe’s two 6am Google searches—which were never in dispute—in fact happened.
Unclear why they’re highlighting something as though it’s some grand revelation, when in fact it was the defense who first reported the occurrence of those searches. Not the gotcha moment the CW was hoping for!
But, most importantly, you wanna talk about deception—fraud on the court—which they so flippantly throw around at others (projection much?)?
Well, the Senior Cellebrite Expert, Ian Whiffin, who the CW hired, was neither tasked with analyzing nor produced any reports on any of Jen McCabe’s incriminating Google searches.
The only one of the two Digital Forensic Examiners they hired who was even tasked with looking at and providing a report on Jen McCabe’s incriminating Google searches, was Jessica Hyde, NOT Ian Whiffin the Cellebrite Senior Expert.
But of course, they know that! It just sounds a lot more compelling when they say they have an Expert from Cellebrite who debunked the 2:27am search. But of course, that’s what this prosecution likes to do—promise big, say they have something, but never come with the receipts, or evidence, to back it.
However, I should point out, they never even addressed the 2:27am search! Why is that?
Isn’t it interesting how actually their own expert Jessica Hyde (one of the two forensic examiners they hired) and her own report actually confirms this damning 2:27am search?
Ironically, the CW’s total avoidance of even addressing this 2:27am search in their 300+ page filing is perfectly consistent with their request when they reached out to their independent expert Jessica Hyde.
When Brian Tully contacted Hyde, inconsistent with the representations in the CW’s filing, he nor the CW had any interest whatsoever in showing whether the 2:27am search happened or not.
Quoted verbatim, from Jessica Hyde’s report found in the CW’s Opposition to the Defense’s Appeal to the SJC, Hyde states:
“The request was to understand the timeline of two Google searches on January 29, 2022; "How long ti die in clkd" and "Hos long to die in cold".
Isn’t that interesting! 🤔 Why would Brian Tully seek out an independent Digital Forensic Expert to analyze something, Jen McCabe’s two 6am searches, that was never in dispute? Well fortunately, and probably to the dismay of Brian Tully, Jessica Hyde knows that being under the employ of the state, she has the obligation to reveal evidence that may be exculpatory. Apparently, however, the DA’s Office and Brian Tully didn’t get that same memo!
Nowhere in Hyde’s report does it say that the incriminating 2:27am search for “hos long to die in cold” didn’t happen, and in fact not only did Hyde locate and confirm the occurrence of the 2:27am search, she also even located and confirmed the occurrence of another incriminating search made from Jen’s phone that the CW similarly denies ever took place.
Specifically, Hyde shows that Jen’s 6:23:49am search “how long does it take to digest food”, as also reported by the defense, does in fact take place. Notably, despite this factual confirmation from their own expert, the CW proceeded to deny the occurrence of this search.
It’s hardly a coincidence that that which the CW cannot disprove, be it McCabe’s 6:23:49am search for “how long does it take to digest food” OR her far more incriminating 2:27:40am search for “hos long to die in cold”, that rather than even addressing them, they ignore them all together.
Oh P.S. — Jessica Hyde decided to toss in another glorious little nugget! See how Jen’s two 6am searches for how long to die in cold were located with the “Recent WebSearches” artifact? Yeah—that only happens when the search was previously and recently (like 2:27am recent) made. Funny how they avoid that inconvenient fact too!
That may fly in their 300+ page press release for the media, but it’ll be quickly and disastrously deflated in a court of law. Bring your popcorn!🍿

Fun fact: everyone loves to focus on just how overwhelmingly conflicted Lead Investigator Michael Proctor is and was in investigating the #KarenRead case due to his close, lifelong, second-family ties to the Albert’s and McCabe’s.
But it doesn’t end there. It appears his Supervisor, Yuri Bukhenik, is also personally & socially connected to those who he investigated.
Did you know that Jen McCabe’s brother-in-law, Sean McCabe, made a donation on March 14, 2023 to Yuri Bukhenik’s fundraiser for his Cops For Kids with Cancer race?
You know who’s road race fundraisers I don’t donate to? People who I don’t know or am not friends with.
But, Sean McCabe leaves the guessing game out, as accompanying his donation to Yuri, he writes the message: “Good luck buddy!”
However, it doesn’t just end there. Yuri’s brother Bo Bukhenik, in May of 2019, posted a picture on Instagram at a Washington DC bar with Brian Albert and Kevin Albert.
These connections run deep, and preceded the date of this investigation (January 29, 2022). Anyone with the internet or a social media account can clearly do some quick searches and discover that those investigating John O’Keefe’s murder—Michael Procter & Yuri Bukhenik—are and always were conflicted.
But hey—don’t worry guys, the Commonwealth investigated themselves and found no conflict! Ignore all of the photographic evidence from their own social media accounts! If the Commonwealth says it, then it must be true!
