One of the biggest election scandals in history has been the Democrats’ installation of a fake Dan Sullivan (not the US Senator) to deceive voters in Alaska. Voting to keep "assault" weapons off the streets accomplishes nothing but to esnure that criminals have "assault" weapons on the streets and law abiding gun owners do not.
