Dear All the bands I love, please stop putting gigs on over 16, 17 and 18 December, there are at least 7 I want to go to and I don’t have a flying car… yet 😆

The SS Great Britain, designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel and the largest ship in the world when built, it was sunk in Argentina and later saved by Jack Hayward the owner of Wolves and sailed 8000 miles back to her home in Bristol

Bristol is such a cool city, I love visiting

Last night we watched the incredible Jalen Ngonda, it’s like seeing Sam Cooke, Otis, Marvin and Smokey all rolled into one. His performance was sublime, his falsetto voice and ability to hold a note are something else! @JalenNgonda

Loved meeting up with Ian last night, the South West’s finest!

Thanks to this article by @jayrayner1 we tried our first desi pub, the Yew Tree in Wolverhampton, great experience and the food was awesome. In Cumbria we’re devoid of good Indian, Pakistani & Nepalese food, the joy of visiting the midlands! theguardian.com/food/2024/de…

Found a little slice of Glasgow on a stall in the market in Bristol

Need a Travis soundtrack ☔️

The Wolverhampton crowd provided the best atmosphere, they didn’t want the gig to finish, watch them singing back to Kevin at the end of the night, a beautiful moment ❤️ @DexysOfficial

Can’t stop obsessing about what a brilliant gig @DexysOfficial was last night 😍

Bristolian Twitterati - hit me up with record shop info? @IanPople1 @1967lrjones @JimmyMPhoto @MartinHarris15

Happy 43rd birthday to Soul Mining, an absolutely brilliant album, it’ll forever be in my all time top ten. So hard to choose a favourite track, especially if you include Giant 😍 @thethe

Great news @johnrobb77 we’re rooting for you!

Love the morning light at this time of year

Spent ages trying to figure out if this is parody account or not…. That first comment though 😆

🚨The impact of poverty & underinvestment 🚨 ‘People living in one part of Cumbria can expect 23 more years in good health compared with another’ ONS data found a 23 year gap in healthy life expectancy between Central Barrow & Kendal (Burton & Levens) thewestmorlandgazette.co.uk/…

Any Twitter friends off to watch the mighty @DexysOfficial this week? 💛💗💜🤎

🚨 Peep show as a specialist subject on Mastermind 🚨🧐

Ate these on Friday, someone said they look like a pair of dead birds, now I can’t unsee it…😱😆

Today I’m playing a few from (Saint) Julian ❤️
