My body had to teach me a lesson before I knew about this
The kind of food you eat matters more than you think.
Not everything that fills your stomach nourishes your body. What you eat affects your energy, your mood, your strength, your immunity, and your overall health.
Please, don’t wait until your body starts giving you warning signs before you pay attention to what you eat. Eat balanced meals, drink enough water, include fruits and vegetables, and give your body the nutrients it needs.
You can’t keep neglecting your body and expect it to function at its best.
Your health is an investment, and it starts with the little choices you make every day. ❤️

MobLand Season 2 is a mess and it hurts because I loved Season 1. Season 1 worked because it was tight and grounded two London families, real stakes, and Harry Da Souza in the middle holding it together with that quiet, cold menace only Tom Hardy can pull off.
Season 2 threw all of that away to be bigger. Now we're in Marseille, Vatican conspiracies, Balkan gun-runners, helicopters escaping burning mansions. It went from a crime thriller to an action soap opera.
And my biggest issue is what they did to Tom Hardy. He IS MobLand. That restrained, street-smart, terrifyingly calm fixer was the whole soul of the show. This season they gave him nothing - just walking from crisis to crisis, cleaning up everyone's stupid decisions, looking stressed. They took the most dangerous man in the room and made him a babysitter. Bigger budget, less brains.
