I understand that some of my old tweets were a little problematic, and I vow to change this.
Going forward, I will make my tweets a lot problematic.
Sometimes I think the modern political divide will never be healed, then I see lefties cyberbully people for being gay and I realize maybe we all have more in common than we thought.
We were all very concerned that the angry black Somali lady was going to be silent.
The death penalty is inadmissible because it is an attack on the inviolability and dignity of the person. The common good can be safeguarded and the requirements of justice can be met without recourse to capital punishment: effective systems of detention have been developed that protect citizens while at the same time do not completely deprive those who are guilty of the possibility of redemption. #NoDeathPenalty
Oof... 0 for 3 after the developments of this week.
.@JamesTalarico: I’ll make you three promises.
One, I will always be accessible to you.
Two, I will always be honest with you.
And three, I’ll always fight for you even if you don’t vote for me.
That kind of basic decency is something that’s been missing in our politics for a long time. That’s how I was able to flip that Trump district with 51% of the vote.
Somewhere an enterprising marketer at ASU is preparing a campaign noting that the government has listed Drunk Desert University as cohorts in a special group with Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Brown, Pitt, UC Davis, Caltech, and MIT.
Vice President JD Vance on J-1 Visa fraud in Universities:
"This is where some of America’s most elite universities bring in foreigners again, to undercut the wages of American residents. Now there are nine universities in particular that we believe merit an investigation. Those universities are Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Brown, the University of Pittsburgh, UC Davis, Caltech, Arizona State, and MIT."

Can you imagine the Norm MacDonald haters & the backlash they're getting today?
From @WSJFreeEx via @WSJOpinion: It isn’t the most-discussed anniversary of the month, but Norm Macdonald died five years ago today, writes @rkylesmith

Man I hope the Lindsay Clancy jury doesn't deadlock & result in a new trial, because how cruel would that be in a capital case for her to have to watch the deliberations die multiple times, with the terror of knowing that ultimately this is also going to result in her death??
She looks like a close familial relative of a tube of toothpaste.
Good news for @jamestalarico, who is no longer the gayest Democrat Senate candidate.
If you would have told me at the beginning of 2026 that Trump would endorse Darline Graham for SC Senate, I would have bet my life's savings that Lindsey had transitioned.
It was my Honor to welcome now Senator Darline Graham Nordone (The sister of the Late, Great Lindsey Graham!), from the Wonderful State of South Carolina, into the Oval Office. We have known each other for a long time — She is a spectacular person, and a true American Patriot. Lindsey was one of the greatest people and Senators I have ever known, and his sister shares his deep love of our Country, and the State of South Carolina. During her visit, I asked Darline, for the Good of our Nation, to run for the U.S. Senate in the Special Republican Primary on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. She accepted, as there is nobody better to honor the legacy of her beloved brother, Lindsey. Darline, who comes from an absolutely incredible family, has been a WINNER all of her life, and has my Complete and Total Endorsement in the Special Election for U.S. Senate in South Carolina — SHE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN! You know the anti-bullying campaigns went too far when a twiggy dork with ears like this can propose replacing Americans en masse and have zero concern about the personal repercussions.
Utah employers tell me time and again how difficult it's become to find enough workers to meet growing demands. Our bill allows states to sponsor visas tailored to their unique workforce needs, while ensuring rigorous federal vetting and accountability.
