Just to clear things up - there was a 7.0 Earthquake just off the coast of northern California, that's generating the Tsunami alert. 3 minutes later there was a 5.8 in Geysers, CA, and that generated the shake that people in SF were feeling.

There was NOT a M 5.8 earthquake near Geysers, CA. An erroneous automated detection occurred due to the real M 7.0 offshore Eureka, CA, but this false positive was removed after review.
