No record of that report exists.
9/14/2018 - A text thread begins with Kevin Albert naming Helena Rafferty of CPD as the Deputy that deals with s3x offenders in Canton. Helena would take that role with her all through to 2021, until she retired.

What I garnered from both these threads, was that right in between all these text dates was the date 2/5/2021 when Sandra’s best friend walked into the Canton Police Department, right up to the glass partition where desk/dispatch officers sat on the other side of, said she had important info, then dropped Farwells name as both the boyfriend of and possible suspect for Sandra’s death.

How far up did the information of or the knowledge of police misconduct or foul play go, in the Canton Police Department, pertaining to both Sandra Birchmore and John O’Keefe?
…and how many people stopped and weighed what their actions were worth against the worth of an innocent “nobody’s” life - and valued their “good” reputation higher than a clear conscience 😥

Just think about it -
no one but the FBI knew about the independent contract with ARCCA. And the 3k pages of material brought so much objective information to the case, with equal access for the Commonwealth and Read, which would strengthen or weaken their respective “narratives”. There were only two narratives - 1. Karens SUV hit John, ultimately killing him. 2. Someone at 34 Fairview hit John, ultimately killing him.
The FBI report was centered around a vehicle/pedestrian incident.
It was official.
It was objective.
It was helpful.
The intent was transparency for all, because that is not what the NCDA was offering the defendant OR the victim.
Additional information in ANY case should ALWAYS be welcomed and appreciated, in the name of Justice. Right? More evidence is a good detective’s dream.
What we are all being reminded of, in real time w/ the Farwell case, is that accepting and sharing additional incoming information, based on ethics and not favor, might have saved Sandra and her baby’s life. The DOJ is making that very clear right now.
Unsurprisingly, while looking back over Karen’s case with the clarity of what we’re learning in the Farwell case, antiFKR celebrated and marked something as a big “win against Karen” that can be viewed quite differently now. Karen didn’t absorb that apparent ‘loss’, John did.
What I see now; they were showing the O’Keefe family they would rather celebrate the ‘appearance of being right’ about something than to acknowledge the value of an incredibly thorough, wider investigation into and around Johns death; that certainly showed fealty to get justice for John.

( Mar.4-5, 2025? ) The very awkward Hank Brennan, in his nasally-whine voice, praised John Fanning’s integrity 🥴to the high heavens- just a single day after he announced the “Federal Investigation was closed” in the ‘Karen Read/O’Keefe’ case. He delivered his statement as if the FEDS appointed this man to be their spokesperson 😂
The ‘allowance’ to make that statement regarding the Read/O’Keefe case never meant a handful of other specific cases weren’t open and active.
The FBI can’t stop the public from doing their own research, investigating, asking the right people the right questions, discussing and reporting on corruption & misconduct in the community or in government institutions.
Because of this, many people have already been reprimanded for their conduct, with absolutely no announcement or reference of the FEDS having been involved in the process.
I trust that the FBI is smarter than us. And I trust that they use a tried and true bait for targets; what looks to the public like they got nothing and just quietly moved on is the tactic that often yields the best results for tracking more stupid decisions made when one thinks they’re not the focus anymore.
Is that not the Hallmark of the FBI?
FKR doesn’t need someone to ‘flip’ on people so that everyone will ‘finally know the truth’ of what happened.
The feds already know John wasn’t hit, struck, tapped, scraped, attacked, sideswiped with a glancing blow, or harmed by any vehicle on planet Earth, at any time…

I used to believe that Justice delayed, was Justice denied….I don’t believe that anymore. When you remove cancer you want to make sure you get it all so it NEVER comes back. You take out a small piece, it just spreads again. The FEDS are surgeons when it comes to investigations, stay with them, you’ll be glad you did!!

Remember when Aperture LLC did a little update on their website after Shanon Burgess was, well, caught lying to the court? Wiped him clean off that site in no time.
Weird, that same week, 5 stones Intelligence (5si) had a website overhaul as well… they removed all employee photos and restructured their professional bio section completely.

Crazy random timing to make it harder to match faceless names with professional/private relations on an offline, right?
Well, not if you your organization was paid 200k by THE TOWN OF CANTON to tell you the CANTON POLICE DEPARTMENT has been doing a “fine job” the last 10 years.
That was a contract worth 200k taxpayer dollars to essentially invite the taxpayers to watch 5 Stones Intelligence pat the CPD on their backs. 😡Hearing more about the CPD ignoring the most helpful information to a death case … again… is unforgivable.
The single, biggest gaslighting receipt Norfolk County gave its residents was that report. Knowing what we know today, go back and read it and think about what actions have to happen between at least 2 people for tips of police misconduct to be completely ignored and never even noted.
Reminder: Police Chief Helena Rafferty, of Canton PD, was 5Si’s point of contact.
The same Helena Rafferty that viewed, discussed, laughed about, and withheld exculpatory evidence from Karen’s defense team through an entire 1st trial.

Beverly clearly told us she wanted, expected, and likely knew Aidan would be mentioned by the *now house defendants* in a murder trial HE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH. I still can’t get over how insane that is.
The inclusion of ‘everything Aidan’ was the ONLY real move the prosecution team ever had. They were fighting against how guilty their own witnesses looked on top of their own medical examiner saying “no impact site” on John’s body, AND the FBI gifting them a surprise report saying “we know you planted all that shit, dummies”.
Beverly Cannone:
🚩denied evidentiary hearings
🚩allowed screenshots and post mistrial exculpatory evidence in
🚩Forbade the letters FBI and shunned the importance of metadata
🚩held half the trial away from the jury at sidebar
🚩decided 2 voir dires were necessary for each 🙄of the most highly qualified expert witnesses
🚩repeatedly showed 2 full juries her audible and visual disdain for the very ordinary and expected actions of a defense team in a judicial proceeding
🚩and literally confused an entire jury so badly that after she declared a mistrial the jurors were compelled by their sworn duty to reach out to both the defense and prosecution to let them know they unanimously agreed Karen was not guilty of murder.
But yes, yes Beverly definitely include a man with a simple megaphone and a WiFi connection to be brought up in a murder trial, when that man had zero influence on the thoughts and actions of every single witness on 1/29/22. Because Bev that’s, THAT’S what will “explain away and distract” the absolute weirdest most suspicious collective behavior we’ve ever seen coming from “innocent” people 🥴.
The Commonwealth never put on a case to get Justice for John O’Keefe, they put on McAlbert beauty pageant.

• the ‘undetermined’ manner of death was something the Commonwealth wanted to redact in John’s case.
• the Commonwealth will not correct the manner of death in Sandra’s case.
Two very distinct choices, with very obvious reasons behind both. Neither in the name of justice.
Chain of custody, metadata, and a proper investigation isn’t meant to make the entirety of the Commonwealth hyperventilate when asked to show your work, but here we are again … AND with some of the same players.
We are paying attention.

Michael Proctor intentionally left this major detail out when in front of the grand jury.
That omission along with Kerry’s false statement, in front of the grand jury, of her HEARING Karen ask Jen to “google hypothermia” versus the actual truth of Jen telling Kerry that’s what happened — well, it fueled the upcharge to 2nd degree murder.
