In the heart of the Gaza Strip, one of the olive oil presses has resumed operations, in an attempt to revive the olive harvest after three years of genocide.  Thirty-three olive presses, around 55,000 dunams of agricultural land planted with olive trees, and more than one million olive trees have been destroyed, causing olive oil production in Gaza to decline by approximately 90%. في قلب قطاع غزة، عادت إحدى محطات عصر الزيتون للعمل من جديد في محاولة لإحياء موسم الزيتون بعد ثلاث سنوات من الإبادة.  تدمير نحو 33 معصرة زيتون، ونحو 55 ألف دونم من الأراضي الزراعية المزروعة بأشجار الزيتون، وأكثر من مليون شجرة زيتون، مما أدى إلى انخفاض إنتاج زيت الزيتون بنحو 90% في غزة.
